ALSA: compress: allow writes in SNDRV_PCM_STATE_PREPARED state

Browse Source 
Allow writes in SNDRV_PCM_STATE_PREPARED state so that more
than one buffer fragment can be written from user space
before calling SNDRV_COMPRESS_START.
