scsi: lpfc: Fix target reset handler from falsely returning FAILURE
Previous logic accidentally overrides the status variable to FAILURE when target reset status is SUCCESS. Refactor the non-SUCCESS logic of lpfc_vmid_vport_cleanup(), which resolves the false override.
