staging: r8188eu: merge _ReadLEDSetting() into ReadAdapterInfo8188EU()

Function _ReadLEDSetting() sets only a single variable and the only
user is ReadAdapterInfo8188EU(). Remove _ReadLEDSetting() and set the
variable in ReadAdapterInfo8188EU() directly.
