drm/amd/display: Change pstate expected timeout warning to 180us on linux
[Why] There is a warning that triggers when pstate takes too long. Pstate can take up to ~200us on Linux without hanging but it is currently set to 40us. [How] Change the timeout for the warning to be 180us on Linux.
