V4L/DVB (10530): Documentation and code cleanups

Browse Source 
- "DealExtreme" sells the "PCear" radio and that comes from "Sanei Electric".
- MPlayer is also usable as radio application.
- Consistent usage of tabulators and blanks in the code.
