powerpc: Add 82xx/83xx/86xx to 6xx Multiplatform There isn't any reason at this point that we can't build 82xx, 83xx & 86xx support in with the other 6xx based boards. powerpc/kconfig: Kill PPC_MULTIPLATFORM CONFIG_PPC_MULTIPLATFORM is a remain of the pre-powerpc days and isn't really meaningful anymore. It was basically equivalent to PPC64 || 6xx. This removes it along with the following changes: - 32-bit platforms that relied on PPC32 && PPC_MULTIPLATFORM now rely on 6xx which is what they want anyway. - A new symbol, PPC_BOOK3S, is defined that represent compliance with the "Server" variant of the architecture. This is set when either 6xx or PPC64 is set and open the door for future BOOK3E 64-bit. - 64-bit platforms that relied on PPC64 && PPC_MULTIPLATFORM now use PPC64 && PPC_BOOK3S - A separate and selectable CONFIG_PPC_OF_BOOT_TRAMPOLINE option is now used to control the use of prom_init.c Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>

powerpc: Add 86xx support for SWIOTLB This is the final bit of code to allow enabling swiotlb on mpc86xx. The platform-specific code is very small and consists of enabling SWIOTLB in the config file, registering the swiotlb_setup_bus_notifier initcall, and setting pci_dma_ops to point to swiotlb_pci_dma_ops if we have more memory than can be mapped by the inbound PCI windows. The MVME7100 is a 6U form factor VME64 computer with: - A two e600 cores Freescale MPC8641D CPU - 2 GB of DDR2 onboard memory - Four Gigabit Ethernets - Five 16550 compatible UARTs - One USB 2.0 port - Two PCI/PCI eXpress Mezzanine Card (PMC/XMC) Slots - A DS1375 Real Time Clock (RTC) - 512 KB of Non-Volatile Memory (NVRAM) - Two 64 KB EEPROMs - 128 MB NOR and 4/8 GB NAND Flash This patch is based on linux-4.7-rc1 and has been only boot tested. This patch makes this easier by changing: bool "PCI support" if <long expression> to bool "PCI support" if PPC_PCI_CHOICE and adding select PPC_PCI_CHOICE to all the config nodes that were previously in the PCI if expression. Platforms with unconditional PCI support continue to just select PCI in their config nodes.
