Doctool: Remove version attribute from XML header
We don't use that info for anything, and it generates unnecessary diffs
every time we bump the minor version (and CI failures if we forget to
sync some files from opt-in modules (mono, text_server_fb).

<method name="add_filter">
<return type="void" />
<param index="0" name="filter" type="String" />
<param index="1" name="description" type="String" default="&quot;&quot;" />
<description>
Adds a comma-delimited file name [param filter] option to the [EditorFileDialog] with an optional [param description], which restricts what files can be picked.
A [param filter] should be of the form
"filename.extension"
, where filename and extension can be
*
to match any string. Filters starting with
.
(i.e. empty filenames) are not allowed.
For example, a [param filter] of
"*.tscn, *.scn"
and a [param description] of
"Scenes"
results in filter text "Scenes (*.tscn, *.scn)".
