Add unit tests for Parallax2D
- Added test cases for setting and getting key properties of Parallax2D, including:
  - Scroll scale
  - Repeat size and times
  - Autoscroll
  - Scroll and screen offset
  - Limit begin and end
  - Follow viewport and ignore camera scroll flags
