Mark underscored properties as internal

These properties look like they were intended to be internal but they were missing the `PROPERTY_USAGE_INTERNAL` flag.

- `PackedScene::_bundled`
- `PortableCompressedTexture2D::_data`
- `ImporterMesh::_data`
