GT-3202: Sparc sleigh changes

- General sleigh formatting changes
- Corrected floating point register ordering
- Made decompiler happy with save/restore functions
- Fixed decompiler issues with ldd (but not std yet)
- Corrected issue with delay slot conditional goto inst_next
instructions
- Corrected register references in fito- and fxto- instructions.
