Implements a new achievement row, as well as filling out the rest of row 17. Row 18 is comprised entirely of achievements that happen while in the Doomed Reality.
You can find all the achievements and their new locations in the main comment of this PR.

- finish off hiding normal dim autobuyers if not givven back from pelle
- finish off "disabled" display on all infinity & eternity subtabs
- display eternity miestones as reached if corresponding pelle upgrade is bought
