Linus Torvalds a971dbcab9 sound fixes for 4.2-final ... Here are a small collecton of sound fix patches. The most significant one is the disablement of newly introduced topology API. Its ABI couldn't be stabilized enough, so we decided to delay for 4.3 in the end.
