Deng-Cheng Zhu d7d5b05faf MIPS: KVM: Rename files to remove the prefix "kvm_" and "kvm_mips_"
Since all the files are in arch/mips/kvm/, there's no need of the prefixes
"kvm_" and "kvm_mips_".
