Joe Perches 27c766aaac watchdog: Use pr_<fmt> and pr_<level>
Use the current logging styles.

Make sure all output has a prefix.
Add missing newlines.
Remove now unnecessary PFX, NAME, and miscellaneous other #defines.
Coalesce formats.
