Commit c003ab1bed
("[media] rc-core: add separate defines for
protocol bitmaps and numbers") overlooked hid-picolcd.
This patch (against git.linuxtv.org/media_tree.git, branch
staging/for_v3.8) fixes the compilation breakage.
