Christophe Leroy ba18025fb0 powerpc/32: replace LOAD_MSR_KERNEL() by LOAD_REG_IMMEDIATE()
LOAD_MSR_KERNEL() and LOAD_REG_IMMEDIATE() are doing the same thing
in the same way. Drop LOAD_MSR_KERNEL()
