Thomas Zimmermann 4bebe91adb drm/vmwgfx: Convert to CRTC VBLANK callbacks
VBLANK callbacks in struct drm_driver are deprecated in favor of
their equivalents in struct drm_crtc_funcs. Convert vmwgfx over.
