Internal statistics system on chip never gets reset until hardware reboot. This is quite inconvenient in terms of ethtool statistics usage. This patch implements incremental statistics update inside of service callback. Upon nic initialization, first request is done to fetch initial stat data, current collected stat data gets cleared. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
