Paolo Bonzini 61df71ee99 kvm: move "select IRQ_BYPASS_MANAGER" to common code ... CONFIG_IRQ_BYPASS_MANAGER is a dependency of the common code included by CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQ_BYPASS.
