The correct format is not used and no attempt has been made
to document the function arguments. Makes sense to just demote
the header back down to a simple comment.
Fixes the following W=1 warnings:

After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current,
it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k!
Many thanks to Heiko Carstens for allowing this.

This patch fixes a race in the command reference counting logic by putting
spinlocks around kobject_put() in the command_put function.
- Also added debug messages.
- Changed a memcpy to memcpy_fromio since we are reading from io space.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
