eeab517b68 sound updates for 3.13-rc1
There are no too intrusive changes in this update batch. The biggest
 LOC is found in the new DICE driver, and other small changes are
 scattered over the whole sound subtree (which is a common pattern).

 Below are highlights:

 - ALSA core:
   * Memory allocation support with genpool
   * Fix blocking in drain ioctl of compress_offload

 - HD-audio:
   * Improved AMD HDMI supports
   * Intel HDMI detection improvements
   * thinkpad_acpi mute-key integration
   * New PCI ID, New ALC255,285,293 codecs, CX20952

 - USB-audio:
   * New buffer size management
   * Clean up endpoint handling codes

 - ASoC:
   * Further work on the dmaengine helpers, including support for
     configuring the parameters for DMA by reading the capabilities of
     the DMA controller which removes some guesswork and magic numbers
     from drivers.
   * A refresh of the documentation.
   * Conversions of many drivers to direct regmap API usage in order to
     allow the ASoC level register I/O code to be removed, this will
     hopefully be completed by v3.14.
   * Support for using async register I/O in DAPM, reducing the time
     taken to implement power transitions on systems that support it.

 - Fireiwre: DICE driver

 - Lots of small fixes for bugs reported by Coverity

c6d65bf246 regulator: Updates for v3.13
Lots of driver updates here plus some nice new core features, the main
 one being the first:

  - Enable support for providing a dummy regulator when we know that one
    must exist for the device to be functional. This makes it much
    easier to add regulator support to drivers since we don't require
    that the machine integration for all systems using the device be
    updated to provide regulators.
  - Substantial reduction in the amount of busy waiting done while
    waiting for enables to complete.
  - Allow MFDs to distribute regulator supplies to child devices so we
    don't have to expose the internal structure of MFDs outside of the
    driver.
  - Managed registeration for regulators.

7fcd427465 mfd: Allow mapping regulator supplies to MFD device from children
Occasionally, it is useful to map supplies from a child device onto the
MFD device. A typical usecase for this would be if the MFD device is
represented as a single node in device tree. All supplies will be
defined in device tree as existing on the MFD device. When a child
depends on frameworks which might have no knowledge of MFD to lookup
supplies on its behalf the supply will not be found.

This patch adds a list of supplies that should be looked up on the
parent rather than the child as part of the mfd_cell structure.

02a0bf6e35 mfd: ucb1x00-core: Rewrite ucb1x00_add_dev()
Error handling is on-its-head in this function. After invoking a function we
should examine the return code and return the error value if there was one.
Instead, this function checks for success and goes onto provide functionality
if success was received. Not so bad in a simple function like this, but in
a more complex one this could end up drowning in curly brackets.

The AB8500 debugfs driver allocates memory to contain the name of a new sysfs

b32408f644 mfd: twl6030-irq: Convert to use linear irq_domain
Since the TWL6030 PMIC is used with OMAP4 SoCs only and OMAP4 legacy
boot is dropped there are no needs to allocate the range of IRQ
descriptors during system boot to support TWL6030 IRQs.

Hence, convert it to use linear irq_domain and move IRQ configuration in
.map()/.unmap() callbacks of irq_domain. So, IRQ mapping and descriptors
allocation will be performed dynamically basing on DT configuration.

The error message will be reported in case if unmapped IRQ is received by
TWL6030 (virq==0).

87343e5341 mfd: twl6030-irq: Migrate to IRQ threaded handler
1) Removed request_irq() and replaced it with request_threaded_irq().

2) Removed generic_handle_irq() and replaced it with
handle_nested_irq().
  Handling of these interrupts is nested, as we are handling an
interrupt (for e.g rtc, mmc1) when we are still servicing TWL irq.

3) Removed I2C read-retry logic for the case when twl_i2c_read() is
failed inside IRQ handler - there is no sense to do that, so just report
an error and return.

4) Each nested IRQ is configured with corresponding parent_irq,
which need to be retriggered in case if nested IRQ is marked
as IRQS_PENDING.
