d238ca0981 IB/usnic: usnic should not select INFINIBAND_USER_ACCESS 
This driver doesn't provide any kernel services, it only provides
an interface via uverbs, so it should depend on, not select, uverbs
support.

2d97436f5b IB/usnic: Add dependency on CONFIG_INET 
usNIC needs inet notifiers to function correctly, so add a Kconfig
dependency on CONFIG_INET.

e3cf00d0a8 IB/usnic: Add Cisco VIC low-level hardware driver 
This adds a driver that allows userspace to use UD-like QPs over a
proprietary Cisco transport with Cisco's Virtual Interface Cards (VICs),
including VIC 1240 and 1280 cards.
