memblock is now fully integrated into the kernel and is the prefered
method for tracking memory. Rather than reinvent the wheel with
meminfo, migrate to using memblock directly instead of meminfo as
an intermediate.

The global screen_info structure is used to communicate
data about the console from platform code to the console
driver, but is only defined on ARM if either the VGA or
dummy consoles are in use.
This changes the footbridge code so we don't try to access
this structure in case it is not defined, which prevents
a possible randconfig build error.

The dc21285.c source file cannot be built when CONFIG_PCI is
disabled, because it calls a number of PCI core interfaces.
This changes the Makefile so we don't include this file in the
build if CONFIG_PCI is disabled. No other code references anything
defined inside of this file in this case.

The ARCH_EBSA285_ADDIN platform does not provide the
ISA_DMA API, which is required by the floppy driver.
Let's ensure that the floppy code can only be built
when ISA_DMA is also enabled, by moving the select
statement into ARCH_EBSA285_HOST.

The clockevents code was being told that the footbridge clock event
device ticks at 16x the rate which it actually does. This leads to
timekeeping problems since it allows the clocksource to wrap before
the kernel notices. Fix this by using the correct clock.

While <mach/timex.h> isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it
still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to
not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for
platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform.
While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop
the dummy #define.

Commit 8ef6e6201b (ARM: footbridge: use
fixed PCI i/o mapping) broke booting on my netwinder. Before that,
everything boots fine. Since then, it crashes on boot.

Russell points out it's because of overlapping PCI mappings that was
added with the aforementioned commit. Rob thought the code would re-use
the static mapping, but that turns out to not be the case and instead
hits the BUG further down.
After deleting this hunk as suggested by Russel, the system boots up fine
again and all my PCI devices work (IDE, ethernet, the DC21285).

The result of this conflict was that we again see CONFIG_VIRT_TO_BUS
on all ARM systems. This patch fixes up the problem and removes
CONFIG_ARCH_NO_VIRT_TO_BUS again on ARM.

The clockevent core is able to figure out the best mult and shift,
calculate min_delta_ns and max_delta_ns, with the necessary info passed
into clockevents_config_and_register(). Use this combined configure
and register function where possible to make the codes less error prone

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Most PCI implementations perform simple root bus scanning. Rather than
having each group of platforms provide a duplicated bus scan function,
provide the PCI configuration ops structure via the hw_pci structure,
and call the root bus scanning function from core ARM PCI code.

Most PCI implementations use the standard PCI swizzle function, which
handles the well defined behaviour of PCI-to-PCI bridges which can be
found on cards (eg, four port ethernet cards.)
Rather than having almost every platform specify the standard swizzle
function, make this the default when no swizzle function is supplied.
Therefore, a swizzle function only needs to be provided when there is
something exceptional which needs to be handled.
This gets rid of the swizzle initializer from 47 files, and leaves us
with just two platforms specifying a swizzle function: ARM Integrator
and Chalice CATS.

optimise get_order() by rewriting it to use ilog2().

asm-generic/get_order.h by a circuituous route involving asm/system.h.
The main difficulty seems to be asm/system.h. It holds a number of
low level bits with no/few dependencies that are commonly used (eg.
memory barriers) and a number of bits with more dependencies that
aren't used in many places (eg. switch_to()).
These patches break asm/system.h up into the following core pieces:

Move memory barriers here. This already done for MIPS and Alpha.
(2) asm/switch_to.h
Move switch_to() and related stuff here.
(3) asm/exec.h
Move arch_align_stack() here. Other process execution related bits
could perhaps go here from asm/processor.h.
(4) asm/cmpxchg.h
Move xchg() and cmpxchg() here as they're full word atomic ops and
frequently used by atomic_xchg() and atomic_cmpxchg().
(5) asm/bug.h
Move die() and related bits.
(6) asm/auxvec.h

__mem_pci is only used to enable readl/writel and friends. Just condition
this on readl being defined and remove all the __mem_pci defines.

Now that most platforms don't need disable_fiq and arch_ret_to_user
