Each text file under Documentation follows a different
format. Some doesn't even have titles!

- Add a title for the document;
- Mark literal blocks.
While here, replace a comma by a dot at the end of a paragraph.

Move a long comment from lib/crc32.c to Documentation/crc32.txt where it
will more likely get read.
Edited the resulting document to add an explanation of the slicing-by-n
algorithm.
