Dan Carpenter reports that we're passing a pointer to a pointer
here when we should just be passing a pointer. Pass the right
pointer so that the of_clk_hw_onecell_get() sees the appropriate
data pointer on its end.

Now that we have clk_hw based provider APIs to register clks, we
can get rid of struct clk pointers while registering clks in
these drivers, allowing us to move closer to a clear split of
consumer and provider clk APIs.

This flag is a no-op now. Remove usage of the flag.

Clock provider drivers generally shouldn't include clk.h because
it's the consumer API. Remove the include here because this is a
provider driver.

Fix it by making efm32gg_cmu_init return void.
