Testing 'parse-maintainers' due to the previous commit shows a bad file
pattern for the "TI VPE/CAL DRIVERS" entry in the MAINTAINERS file.
There's also a lot of mis-ordered entries, but I'm still a bit nervous
about the inevitable and annoying merge problems it would probably cause
to fix them up.
The MAINTAINERS file is one of my least favorite files due to being huge
and centralized, but fixing it is also horribly painful for that reason.

The purpose of this IP Core is to control the fan used for the cooling of a
Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC without the need of any external temperature
sensors. To achieve this, the IP core uses the PL SYSMONE4 primitive to
obtain the PL temperature and, based on those readings, it then outputs
a PWM signal to control the fan rotation accordingly.

We've been accruing these for a couple of weeks, so the batch is a bit
bigger than usual.
Largest delta is due to a led-bl driver that is added -- there was
a miscommunication before the merge window and the driver didn't make it
in. Due to this, the platforms needing it regressed. At this point, it
seemed easier to add the new driver than unwind the changes.
Besides that, there are a handful of various fixes:
- AMD tee memory leak fix
- A handful of fixlets for i.MX SCU communication
- A few maintainers woke up and realized DEBUG_FS had been missing for
a while, so a few updates of that.
... and the usual collection of smaller fixes to various platforms.

Commit b30d8cf5e1 ("dt-bindings: opp: Convert Allwinner H6 OPP to a

sun50i-nvmem-cpufreq.txt to allwinner,sun50i-h6-operating-points.yaml.
Since then, ./scripts/get_maintainer.pl --self-test complains:

The driver is deprecated and scheduled for removal by the end
of 2020. The reason is that this driver is for old and obsolete
hardware, and it produces a continuous stream of syzbot errors due
to poor code.
In order to prevent removal the following actions would have to
be taken:
- clean up the code
- convert to the vb2 framework
- fix the disconnect and free-on-last-user handling (i.e., add
a release callback for struct v4l2_device and rework the code
to use that correctly).

Run parse-maintainers.pl and choose TI VPE/CAL record. Fix it accordingly.
Note, this is urgent fix, without which parse-maintainers.pl throws
an exception:
