This is where the really nasty conflicts in the samsung platform
start, due to some files getting moved around and combined in the
'restart' branch that has already gone into mainline through
 Russell's tree.

Device tree conversions for samsung and tegra

775c322087 mtd: gpio-nand: add device tree bindings
Add device tree bindings so that the gpio-nand driver may be
instantiated from the device tree. This also allows the partitions
to be specified in the device tree.

v7:	- restore runtime device tree/non device tree detection
v6:	- convert to mtd_device_parse_register()
v5:	- fold dt config helpers into a single gpio_nand_of_get_config()
v4:	- get io sync address from gpio-control-nand,io-sync-reg
	  property rather than a resource
	- clarified a few details in the binding
v3:	- remove redundant cast and a couple of whitespace/naming
	  changes
v2:	- add CONFIG_OF guards for non-dt platforms
	- compatible becomes gpio-control-nand
	- clarify some binding details

93ed554412 DMA: PL330: Add device tree support
For PL330 dma controllers instantiated from device tree, the channel
lookup is based on phandle of the dma controller and dma request id
specified by the client node. During probe, the private data of each
channel of the controller is set to point to the device node of the
dma controller. The 'chan_id' of the each channel is used as the
dma request id.

Client driver requesting dma channels specify the phandle of the
dma controller and the request id. The pl330 filter function
converts the phandle to the device node pointer and matches that
with channel's private data. If a match is found, the request id
from the client node and the 'chan_id' of the channel is matched.
A channel is found if both the values match.

07cdf36d8c ASoC: Tegra+WM8903 machine: Add device tree binding
This driver is parameterized in two ways:

a) Platform data, which supplies the set of GPIOs used by the driver.
These GPIOs can now be parsed out of device tree.

b) Machine-specific DAPM route arrays embedded into the ASoC machine
driver itself. Historically, the driver picks the appropriate array
to use using machine_is_*(). The driver now requires this array to
be parsed from device tree when instantiated through device tree,
using the core ASoC support for this parsing.

Based on work by John Bonesio, but significantly reworked since then.

Similarly the regulator<-->parent/supply mapping is handled in
subsequent patches.

Also add documentation for regulator bindings to be used to pass

db0d4db22a ARM: gic: allow GIC to support non-banked setups
The GIC support code is heavily using the fact that hardware
implementations are exposing banked registers. Unfortunately, it
looks like at least one GIC implementation (EXYNOS) offers both
the distributor and the CPU interfaces at different addresses,
depending on the CPU.

This problem is solved by allowing the distributor and CPU interface
addresses to be per-cpu variables for the platforms that require it.
The EXYNOS code is updated not to mess with the GIC internals while
handling interrupts, and struct gic_chip_data is back to being private.
The DT binding for the gic is updated to allow an optional "cpu-offset"
value, which is used to compute the various base addresses.

Finally, a new config option (GIC_NON_BANKED) is used to control this
feature, so the overhead is only present on kernels compiled with
support for EXYNOS.

Tested on Origen (EXYNOS4) and Panda (OMAP4).

edfd52e636 virtio: Add platform bus driver for memory mapped virtio device
This patch, based on virtio PCI driver, adds support for memory
mapped (platform) virtio device. This should allow environments
like qemu to use virtio-based block & network devices even on
platforms without PCI support.

One can define and register a platform device which resources
will describe memory mapped control registers and "mailbox"
interrupt. Such device can be also instantiated using the Device
Tree node with compatible property equal "virtio, mmio".

55cd65e48b mmc: sdhci-tegra: Add 8-bit support to device tree binding.
The previous patch which implemented a DT binding for sdhci-tegra did not
allow all platform data fields to be initialized from DT. The following
were missing:

is_8bit: Implemented by this patch.

pm_flags: Not implemented yet. There are no mainline users of this field.
I'm not quite sure what it's for, and hence how to represent this
in DT; the value ends up being assigned to host->mmc->pm_caps.

While we're at it, fix the binding documentation to refer to "SD/MMC"
instead of "eSDHC", since that's the correct name; "eSDHC" was cut/paste
from the Freescale binding docs.

8d4e652d1b ARM: 7023/1: L2x0: Add interrupts property to OF binding
Following the discussion here:
http://lists.ozlabs.org/pipermail/devicetree-discuss/2011-August/007301.html

The L2x0 L2 Cache Controllers support a combined interrupt line
which can be used for several events (e.g. read/write/parity errors on
tag/data RAM, event counter increment/overflow). Unfortunately the
OF binding added in c519ecf2 ("ARM: 7009/1: l2x0: Add OF based
initialization") does not represent the interrupt.

This patch adds an "interrupts" property to the L2x0 OF binding,
representing the combined interrupt line.

2bcd1c0cfc powerpc/fsl_msi: add support for "msi-address-64" property
Add support for the msi-address-64 property of a PCI node. This property

In commit 3da34aae ("powerpc/fsl: Support unique MSI addresses per PCIe Root

from an actual address to just an offset, but the fields were not renamed

499ccb27a8 powerpc/85xx: clean up FPGA device tree nodes for Freecsale QorIQ boards
Standarize and document the FPGA nodes used on Freescale QorIQ reference
boards. There are different kinds of FPGAs used on the boards, but
only two are currently standard: "pixis", "ngpixis", and "qixis". Although
there are minor differences among the boards that have one kind of FPGA, most
of the functionality is the same, so it makes sense to create common
compatibility strings.

We also need to update the P1022DS platform file, because the compatible
string for its PIXIS node has changed. This means that older kernels are
not compatible with newer device trees. This is not a real problem, however,
since that particular function doesn't work anyway. When the DIU is active,
the PIXIS is in "indirect mode", and so cannot be accessed as a memory-mapped
device.

041cadca70 C6X: devicetree support
This is the basic devicetree support for C6X. Currently, four boards are
supported. Each one uses a different SoC part. Two of the four supported
SoCs are multicore. One with 3 cores and the other with 6 cores. There is
no coherency between the core-level caches, so SMP is not an option. It is
possible to run separate kernel instances on the various cores. There is
currently no C6X bootloader support for device trees so we build in the DTB
for now.

There are some interesting twists to the hardware which are of note for device
tree support. Each core has its own interrupt controller which is controlled
by special purpose core registers. This core controller provides 12 general
purpose prioritized interrupt sources. Each core is contained within a
hardware "module" which provides L1 and L2 caches, power control, and another
interrupt controller which cascades into the core interrupt controller. These
core module functions are controlled by memory mapped registers. The addresses
for these registers are the same for each core. That is, when coreN accesses
a module-level MMIO register at a given address, it accesses the register for
coreN even though other cores would use the same address to access the register
in the module containing those cores. Other hardware modules (timers, enet, etc)
which are memory mapped can be accessed by all cores.

The timers need some further explanation for multicore SoCs. Even though all
timer control registers are visible to all cores, interrupt routing or other
considerations may make a given timer more suitable for use by a core than
some other timer. Because of this and the desire to have the same image run
on more than one core, the timer nodes have a "ti,core-mask" property which
is used by the driver to scan for a suitable timer to use.
