2a52651292 soc: imx: drop COMPILE_TEST for IMX_SCU_SOC
With COMPILE_TEST, there will be build error, because IMX_SCU
might be set to n, so drop COMPILE_TEST.

fc40200ebf soc: imx: increase build coverage for imx8m soc driver
The soc-imx8.c driver is actually for i.MX8M family, so rename it
to soc-imx8m.c.

Use CONFIG_SOC_IMX8M as build gate, not CONFIG_ARCH_MXC, to control
whether build this driver, also make it possible for compile test.

Default set it to y for ARCH_MXC && ARM64

15f5276a2f soc: imx: Add SCU SoC info driver support
Add i.MX SCU SoC info driver to support i.MX8QXP SoC, introduce
driver dependency into Kconfig as CONFIG_IMX_SCU must be
selected to support i.MX SCU SoC driver, also need to use
platform driver model to make sure IMX_SCU driver is probed
before i.MX SCU SoC driver.

With this patch, SoC info can be read from sysfs:

i.mx8qxp-mek# cat /sys/devices/soc0/family
Freescale i.MX

i.mx8qxp-mek# cat /sys/devices/soc0/soc_id
0x2

i.mx8qxp-mek# cat /sys/devices/soc0/machine
Freescale i.MX8QXP MEK

i.mx8qxp-mek# cat /sys/devices/soc0/revision
1.1

the dependency here more generic by using ARCH_MXC instead.
Also remove the SOC_IMX7D since it is also included by the ARCH_MXC.

685efffe37 soc: imx: gpcv2: add support for i.MX8MQ SoC

e23c7f7d57 soc: imx: add PM dependency for IMX7_PM_DOMAINS
The new pm domain driver causes a build failure when CONFIG_PM
is not set:

warning: (IMX7_PM_DOMAINS) selects PM_GENERIC_DOMAINS which has unmet direct dependencies (PM)
drivers/base/power/domain_governor.c: In function 'default_suspend_ok':
drivers/base/power/domain_governor.c:75:17: error: 'struct dev_pm_info' has no member named 'ignore_children'

This adds a dependency to ensure that we don't attempt to build the
driver without CONFIG_PM.

03aa12629f soc: imx: Add GPCv2 power gating driver
Add code allowing for control of various power domains managed by GPCv2
IP block found in i.MX7 series of SoCs. Power domains covered by this
patch are:

    - PCIE PHY
    - MIPI PHY
    - USB HSIC PHY
    - USB OTG1/2 PHY

Support for any other power domain controlled by GPC is not present, and
can be added at some later point.

Testing of this code was done against a PCIe driver.
