The CEC framework is used by both drm and media. That makes it tricky
to get the dependencies right.
This patch moves the CEC_CORE and MEDIA_CEC_NOTIFIER config options
out of the media menu and instead drivers that want to use CEC should
select CEC_CORE and MEDIA_CEC_NOTIFIER (if needed).

As warned by kbuild test robot:
warning: (VIDEO_EM28XX_V4L2) selects VIDEO_OV2640 which has unmet direct dependencies (MEDIA_SUPPORT && VIDEO_V4L2 && I2C && GPIOLIB && MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT)
The em28xx driver can use ov2640, but it doesn't depend
(or use) the GPIOLIB in order to power off/on the sensor.
So, as we want to allow both usages with and without
GPIOLIB, make its dependency optional.

The Kconfig options for the CEC subsystem were a bit messy. In
addition there were two cec sources (cec-edid.c and cec-notifier.c)
that were outside of the media/cec directory, which was weird.
Move those sources to media/cec as well.
The cec-edid and cec-notifier functionality is now part of the cec
module and these are no longer separate modules.
Also remove the MEDIA_CEC_EDID config option and include it with the
main CEC config option (which defined CEC_EDID anyway).
Added static inlines to cec-edid.h for dummy functions when CEC_CORE
isn't defined.
CEC drivers should now depend on CEC_CORE.
CEC drivers that need the cec-notifier functionality must explicitly
select CEC_NOTIFIER.
The s5p-cec and stih-cec drivers depended on VIDEO_DEV instead of
CEC_CORE, fix that as well.

This patch adds subdev driver for Samsung S5K6A3 raw image sensor.
As it is intended at the moment to be used only with the Exynos
FIMC-IS (camera ISP) subsystem it is pretty minimal subdev driver.
It doesn't do any I2C communication since the sensor is controlled
by the ISP and its own firmware.
This driver, if needed, can be updated in future into a regular
subdev driver where the main CPU communicates with the sensor
directly.

The omap24xx driver and the tcm825x sensor driver are the only two
remaining drivers to still use the old deprecated v4l2-int-device API.
Nobody maintains these drivers anymore. But unfortunately the v4l2-int-device
API is used by out-of-tree drivers (MXC platform). This is a very bad situation
since as long as this deprecated API stays in the kernel there is no reason for
those out-of-tree drivers to convert.
This patch moves v4l2-int-device and the two drivers that depend on it to
staging in preparation for their removal.
If someone would be interested in getting these drivers to work, then start with
this since it's not very far from the state where they used to work:

Add OKI Semiconductor ML86V7667 video decoder driver.
[Sergei: added v4l2_device_unregister_subdev() call to the error cleanup path
of ml86v7667_probe(), renamed ml86v7667_try_mbus_fmt() to ml86v7667_mbus_fmt(),
killed v4l2_chip_match_i2c_client() checks in the [gs]_register() methods, fixed
the prototype of the s_register() method, did some cleanup.]

The 'help' section of the Kconfig entry for this driver is missing
an extra alignment. That seems to violate what's stated at:
Documentation/kbuild/kconfig-language.txt
Even if it works, the better is to add 2 extra spaces there, as
this is the common practice and helps human reading of the file.
Also, the way it is, it breaks backport trees.

This is based on the wis-tw2804.c driver that's part of the go7007 driver.
It has been converted to a v4l subdev driver by Volokh Konstantin, and I
made additional cleanups.
