asm-generic: Improve csum_fold
This csum_fold implementation introduced into arch/arc by Vineet Gupta
is better than the default implementation on at least arc, x86, and
riscv. Using GCC trunk and compiling non-inlined version, this
implementation has 41.6667%, 25% fewer instructions on riscv64, x86-64
respectively with -O3 optimization. Most implmentations override this
default in asm, but this should be more performant than all of those
other implementations except for arm which has barrel shifting and
sparc32 which has a carry flag.

A series from Baoquan He cleans up the asm-generic/io.h to remove the
 ioremap_uc() definition from everything except x86, which still needs it
 for pre-PAT systems. This series notably contains a patch from Jiaxun Yang

69dfdce1c5 kunit: move KUNIT_TABLE out of INIT_DATA
Alter the linker section of KUNIT_TABLE to move it out of INIT_DATA and
into DATA_DATA.

Data for KUnit tests does not need to be in the init section.

In order to run tests again after boot the KUnit data cannot be labeled as
init data as the kernel could write over it.

7a92fc8b4d mm: Introduce flush_cache_vmap_early()
The pcpu setup when using the page allocator sets up a new vmalloc
mapping very early in the boot process, so early that it cannot use the
flush_cache_vmap() function which may depend on structures not yet
initialized (for example in riscv, we currently send an IPI to flush
other cpus TLB).

But on some architectures, we must call flush_cache_vmap(): for example,
in riscv, some uarchs can cache invalid TLB entries so we need to flush
the new established mapping to avoid taking an exception.

So fix this by introducing a new function flush_cache_vmap_early() which
is called right after setting the new page table entry and before
accessing this new mapping. This new function implements a local flush
tlb on riscv and is no-op for other architectures (same as today).

75b5e0bf90 arm64: irq: set the correct node for VMAP stack
In current code, init_irq_stacks() will call cpu_to_node().
The cpu_to_node() depends on percpu "numa_node" which is initialized in:
     arch_call_rest_init() --> rest_init() -- kernel_init()
	--> kernel_init_freeable() --> smp_prepare_cpus()

But init_irq_stacks() is called in init_IRQ() which is before
arch_call_rest_init().

So in init_irq_stacks(), the cpu_to_node() does not work, it
always return 0. In NUMA, it makes the node 1 cpu accesses the IRQ stack which
is in the node 0.

This patch fixes it by:
  1.) export the early_cpu_to_node(), and use it in the init_irq_stacks().
  2.) change init_irq_stacks() to __init function.

125b0bb95d asm-generic: qspinlock: fix queued_spin_value_unlocked() implementation
We really don't want to do atomic_read() or anything like that, since we
already have the value, not the lock.  The whole point of this is that
we've loaded the lock from memory, and we want to check whether the
value we loaded was a locked one or not.

The main use of this is the lockref code, which loads both the lock and
the reference count in one atomic operation, and then works on that
combined value.  With the atomic_read(), the compiler would pointlessly
spill the value to the stack, in order to then be able to read it back
"atomically".

This is the qspinlock version of commit c6f4a90022 ("asm-generic:
ticket-lock: Optimize arch_spin_value_unlocked()") which fixed this same
bug for ticket locks.

Replace clear_bit_and_unlock_is_negative_byte() with
xor_unlock_is_negative_byte().  We have a few places that like to lock a
folio, set a flag and unlock it again.  Allow for the possibility of
combining the latter two operations for efficiency.  We are guaranteed
that the caller holds the lock, so it is safe to unlock it with the xor. 
The caller must guarantee that nobody else will set the flag without
holding the lock; it is not safe to do this with the PG_dirty flag, for
example.

052ddf7b86 fbdev: Replace fb_pgprotect() with pgprot_framebuffer()
Rename the fbdev mmap helper fb_pgprotect() to pgprot_framebuffer().
The helper sets VMA page-access flags for framebuffers in device I/O
memory.

Also clean up the helper's parameters and return value. Instead of
the VMA instance, pass the individial parameters separately: existing
page-access flags, the VMAs start and end addresses and the offset
in the underlying device memory rsp file. Return the new page-access
flags. These changes align pgprot_framebuffer() with other pgprot_()
functions.

55d2a0bd5e mm: add statistics for PUD level pagetable
Recently, we found that cross-die access to pagetable pages on ARM64
machines can cause performance fluctuations in our business.  Currently,
there are no PMU events available to track this situation on our ARM64
machines, so accurate pagetable accounting can help to analyze this issue,
but now the PUD level pagetable accounting is missed.

So introduce pagetable_pud_ctor/dtor() to help to get accurate PUD
pagetable accounting, as well as converting the architectures which use
generic PUD pagetable allocation to add corresponding PUD pagetable
accounting.  Moreover this patch will mark the PUD level pagetable with
PG_table flag, which will help to do sanity validation in
unpoison_memory().

On my testing machine, I can see more pagetables statistics after the patch
with page-types tool:

935d4f0c6d mm: hugetlb: add huge page size param to set_huge_pte_at()
Patch series "Fix set_huge_pte_at() panic on arm64", v2.

This series fixes a bug in arm64's implementation of set_huge_pte_at(),
which can result in an unprivileged user causing a kernel panic.  The
problem was triggered when running the new uffd poison mm selftest for
HUGETLB memory.  This test (and the uffd poison feature) was merged for
v6.5-rc7.

Ideally, I'd like to get this fix in for v6.6 and I've cc'ed stable
(correctly this time) to get it backported to v6.5, where the issue first
showed up.


Description of Bug
==================

arm64's huge pte implementation supports multiple huge page sizes, some of
which are implemented in the page table with multiple contiguous entries. 
So set_huge_pte_at() needs to work out how big the logical pte is, so that
it can also work out how many physical ptes (or pmds) need to be written. 
It previously did this by grabbing the folio out of the pte and querying
its size.

However, there are cases when the pte being set is actually a swap entry. 
But this also used to work fine, because for huge ptes, we only ever saw
migration entries and hwpoison entries.  And both of these types of swap
entries have a PFN embedded, so the code would grab that and everything
still worked out.

But over time, more calls to set_huge_pte_at() have been added that set
swap entry types that do not embed a PFN.  And this causes the code to go
bang.  The triggering case is for the uffd poison test, commit
99aa77215a ("selftests/mm: add uffd unit test for UFFDIO_POISON"), which
causes a PTE_MARKER_POISONED swap entry to be set, coutesey of commit
8a13897fb0 ("mm: userfaultfd: support UFFDIO_POISON for hugetlbfs") -
added in v6.5-rc7.  Although review shows that there are other call sites
that set PTE_MARKER_UFFD_WP (which also has no PFN), these don't trigger
on arm64 because arm64 doesn't support UFFD WP.

If CONFIG_DEBUG_VM is enabled, we do at least get a BUG(), but otherwise,
it will dereference a bad pointer in page_folio():

Fix
===

The simplest fix would have been to revert the dodgy cleanup commit
18f3962953 ("mm: hugetlb: kill set_huge_swap_pte_at()"), but since
things have moved on, this would have required an audit of all the new
set_huge_pte_at() call sites to see if they should be converted to
set_huge_swap_pte_at().  As per the original intent of the change, it
would also leave us open to future bugs when people invariably get it
wrong and call the wrong helper.

So instead, I've added a huge page size parameter to set_huge_pte_at(). 
This means that the arm64 code has the size in all cases.  It's a bigger
change, due to needing to touch the arches that implement the function,
but it is entirely mechanical, so in my view, low risk.

I've compile-tested all touched arches; arm64, parisc, powerpc, riscv,
s390, sparc (and additionally x86_64).  I've additionally booted and run
mm selftests against arm64, where I observe the uffd poison test is fixed,
and there are no other regressions.


This patch (of 2):

In order to fix a bug, arm64 needs to be told the size of the huge page
for which the pte is being set in set_huge_pte_at().  Provide for this by
adding an `unsigned long sz` parameter to the function.  This follows the
same pattern as huge_pte_clear().

This commit makes the required interface modifications to the core mm as
well as all arches that implement this function (arm64, parisc, powerpc,
riscv, s390, sparc).  The actual arm64 bug will be fixed in a separate
commit.

No behavioral changes intended.

  CET consists of two related security features: shadow stacks and
  indirect branch tracking. This series implements just the shadow stack
  part of this feature, and just for userspace.

  The main use case for shadow stack is providing protection against
  return oriented programming attacks. It works by maintaining a
  secondary (shadow) stack using a special memory type that has
  protections against modification. When executing a CALL instruction,
  the processor pushes the return address to both the normal stack and
  to the special permission shadow stack. Upon RET, the processor pops
  the shadow stack copy and compares it to the normal stack copy.

riscv: support PREEMPT_DYNAMIC with static keys
Currently, each architecture can support PREEMPT_DYNAMIC through
either static calls or static keys. To support PREEMPT_DYNAMIC on
riscv, we face three choices:

1. only add static calls support to riscv
As Mark pointed out in commit 99cf983cc8 ("sched/preempt: Add
PREEMPT_DYNAMIC using static keys"), static keys "...should have
slightly lower overhead than non-inline static calls, as this
effectively inlines each trampoline into the start of its callee. This
may avoid redundant work, and may integrate better with CFI schemes."
So even we add static calls(without inline static calls) to riscv,
static keys is still a better choice.

2. add static calls and inline static calls to riscv
Per my understanding, inline static calls requires objtool support
which is not easy.

3. use static keys

While riscv doesn't have static calls support, it supports static keys
perfectly. So this patch selects HAVE_PREEMPT_DYNAMIC_KEY to enable
support for PREEMPT_DYNAMIC on riscv, so that the preemption model can
be chosen at boot time. It also patches asm-generic/preempt.h, mainly
to add __preempt_schedule() and __preempt_schedule_notrace() macros
for PREEMPT_DYNAMIC case. Other architectures which use generic
preempt.h can also benefit from this patch by simply selecting
HAVE_PREEMPT_DYNAMIC_KEY to enable PREEMPT_DYNAMIC if they supports
static keys.

760ee8f838 asm-generic: current: Don't include thread-info.h if building asm
asm/current.h is included by some assembly files (either directly, or
indirectly). This works on some architectures (such as x86), as their
implementation of current.h is careful to not include any C, but the
asm-generic version includes linux/thread-info.h unconditionally, which
leads to errors when either C code or non-asm-compatible preprocessor
directives are included.

Just wrap the contents behind an #ifndef __ASSEMBLY__ to avoid any C
code making its way in.

e3131f1c81 x86/hyperv: Remove hv_isolation_type_en_snp
In ms_hyperv_init_platform(), do not distinguish between a SNP VM with
the paravisor and a SNP VM without the paravisor.

Replace hv_isolation_type_en_snp() with
!ms_hyperv.paravisor_present && hv_isolation_type_snp().

The hv_isolation_type_en_snp() in drivers/hv/hv.c and
drivers/hv/hv_common.c can be changed to hv_isolation_type_snp() since
we know !ms_hyperv.paravisor_present is true there.

d6e0228d26 x86/hyperv: Support hypercalls for fully enlightened TDX guests
A fully enlightened TDX guest on Hyper-V (i.e. without the paravisor) only
uses the GHCI call rather than hv_hypercall_pg. Do not initialize
hypercall_pg for such a guest.

In hv_common_cpu_init(), the hyperv_pcpu_input_arg page needs to be
decrypted in such a guest.

08e9d12077 x86/hyperv: Add hv_isolation_type_tdx() to detect TDX guests
No logic change to SNP/VBS guests.

hv_isolation_type_tdx() will be used to instruct a TDX guest on Hyper-V to
do some TDX-specific operations, e.g. for a fully enlightened TDX guest
(i.e. without the paravisor), hv_do_hypercall() should use
__tdx_hypercall() and such a guest on Hyper-V should handle the Hyper-V
Event/Message/Monitor pages specially.

In the AMD SEV-SNP guest, AP needs to be started up via sev es
save area and Hyper-V requires to call HVCALL_START_VP hypercall
to pass the gpa of sev es save area with AP's vp index and VTL(Virtual
trust level) parameters. Override wakeup_secondary_cpu_64 callback
with hv_snp_boot_ap.

SEV-SNP guests on Hyper-V can run at multiple Virtual Trust
Levels (VTL).  During boot, get the VTL at which we're running
using the GET_VP_REGISTERs hypercall, and save the value
for future use.  Then during VMBus initialization, set the VTL
with the saved value as required in the VMBus init message.
