Move CIFS/SMB3 related client and server files (cifs.ko and ksmbd.ko
and helper modules) to new fs/smb subdirectory:
fs/cifs --> fs/smb/client
fs/ksmbd --> fs/smb/server
fs/smbfs_common --> fs/smb/common
