0859bbb07d irqchip/ingenic-tcu: Use correctly sized arguments for bit field
The find.h APIs are designed to be used only on unsigned long arguments.
This can technically result in a over-read, but it is harmless in this
case. Regardless, fix it to avoid the warning seen under -Warray-bounds,
which we'd like to enable globally:

046a6ee234 irqchip: Bulk conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq()
Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().
