82363cf2ee usb: musb: ux500: don't propagate the OF node
There is a regression in the upcoming v3.16-rc1, that is caused
by a problem that has been around for a while but now finally
hangs the system. The bootcrawl looks like this:

pinctrl-nomadik soc:pinctrl: pin GPIO256_AF28 already
requested by a03e0000.usb_per5; cannot claim for musb-hdrc.0.auto
pinctrl-nomadik soc:pinctrl: pin-256 (musb-hdrc.0.auto) status -22
pinctrl-nomadik soc:pinctrl: could not request pin 256
(GPIO256_AF28) from group usb_a_1  on device pinctrl-nomadik
musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.0.auto: Error applying setting, reverse
things back
HS USB OTG: no transceiver configured
musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.0.auto: musb_init_controller failed
with status -517
platform musb-hdrc.0.auto: Driver musb-hdrc requests
probe deferral
(...)

The ux500 MUSB driver propagates the OF node to the dynamically
created musb-hdrc device, which is incorrect as it makes the OF
core believe there are two devices spun from the very same
DT node, which confuses other parts of the device core, notably
the pin control subsystem, which will try to apply all the pin
control settings also to the HDRC device as it gets
instantiated. (The OMAP2430 for example, does not set the
of_node member.)

803a536243 usb: delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>
None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

f9efbce633 ARM: SoC DT updates for 3.13
Most of this branch consists of updates, additions and general churn of
 the device tree source files in the kernel (arch/arm/boot/dts). Besides
 that, there are a few things to point out:

 - Lots of platform conversion on OMAP2+, with removal of old board files
   for various platforms.
 - Final conversion of a bunch of ux500 (ST-Ericsson) platforms as well
 - Some updates to pinctrl and other subsystems. Most of these are for
   DT-enablement of the various platforms and acks have been collected.

b44b66321f usb: musb: ux500: Don't supply a con_id when requesting the clock
If we supply a con_id then the clock framework will search for that name
in MUSB's Device Tree node for the 'clock-names' property. If it's absent
the clock request will fail. However, if we don't supply the con_id then
clk_get() will call into clk_sys() which will use the device name to
search for the appropriate clock, which is much more natural than forcing
'usb'.

0bf6a210a4 ARM SoC driver specific changes
These changes are all driver specific and cross over between arm-soc
 contents and some other subsystem, in these cases cpufreq, crypto,
 dma, pinctrl, mailbox and usb, and the subsystem owners agreed to
 have these changes merged through arm-soc. As we proceed to untangle
 the dependencies between platform code and driver code, the amount of
 changes in this category is fortunately shrinking, for 3.11 we have
 16 branches here and 101 non-merge changesets, the majority of which
 are for the stedma40 dma engine driver used in the ux500 platform.
 Cleaning up that code touches multiple subsystems, but gets rid
 of the dependency in the end.

 The mailbox code moved out from mach-omap2 to drivers/mailbox
 is an intermediate step and is still omap specific at the moment.
 Patches exist to generalize the subsystem and add other drivers
 with the same API, but those did not make it for 3.11.

 Conflicts:
 * In cpu-db8500.c results from the removal of the u8500_of_init_devices
   function in combination with the split of u8500_auxdata_lookup.

 * In arch/arm/mach-omap2/devices.c, the includes got reshuffled.
   we need to keep linux/wl12xx.h and linux/platform_data/mailbox-omap.h.

baef653a50 usb: musb: remove generic_interrupt
This patch is based on the discussion of a previous patch to fix an issue
where the omap2430 musb driver is not working for N9/N950.

Moving all the interrupt handling to the devices. Avoids inclusion of generic
interrupt and breakage due to sometimes misleading CONFIG options. This makes
sure usb always works if on of the subdrivers is chosen. Tested on Nokia N9/N950.

Partially clean up CONFIG_SOC_OMAP3430 which is not necessary in the cases
where I removed it. Also helps with the removal work of those options that
Tony Lindgren predicted would happen at some point.

This patch probably also fixes ux500 because I did not find the "musbid"
variable to remove. And we close a tiny-unlikely race window becuase the
old code gave the id back before device was destroyed in the remove
case.

4b0de6f383 usb: musb: ux500: use platform_device_unregister in ux500_remove()
platform_device_unregister() only calls platform_device_del() and
platform_device_put(), thus use platform_device_unregister() to
simplify the code.

Also the documents in platform.c shows that platform_device_del
and platform_device_put must _only_ be externally called in error
cases. All other usage is a bug.

Add a linked list for keeping multiple PHY instances with different

8062d94a54 Here we have a big rework done by Heikki Krogerus (thanks) which
splits OTG functionality away from transceivers.

 We have known for quite a long time that struct otg_transceiver was
 a bad name for the structure, considering transceiver is far from
 being OTG-specific (see 4e67185).

e9e8c85e69 usb: musb: make modules behave better
There's really no point in doing all that
initcall trickery when we can safely let
udev handle module probing for us.

Remove all of that trickery, by moving everybody
to module_init() and making proper use of
platform_device_register() rather than
platform_device_probe().
