796c2b35a4 arm64: Add DT support for Juno r1 board.
This board is based on Juno r0 with updated Cortex A5x revisions
and board errata fixes. It also contains coherent ThinLinks ports
on the expansion slot that allow for an AXI master on the daughter
card to participate in a coherency domain.

Support for SoC PCIe host bridge will be added as a separate series.

18c0b01530 arm64: Juno: Fix the GIC node address label and the frequency of FAXI clock.
During the review of the Juno DT files I've noticed that the GIC
node label had two digits swapped leading to a different address
being shown in the /sys/devices fs.

Sudeep also pointed that public revisions of the Juno documentation
list a different frequency for the FAXI system than what the one
I've been using when creating the DT file. Verified with the firmware
people to be the correct value in the shipped systems.

9f0d34bc34 Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net
Conflicts:
	drivers/net/usb/asix_common.c
	drivers/net/usb/sr9800.c
	drivers/net/usb/usbnet.c
	include/linux/usb/usbnet.h
	net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c
	net/ipv6/tcp_ipv6.c

The TCP conflicts were overlapping changes. In 'net' we added a
READ_ONCE() to the socket cached RX route read, whilst in 'net-next'
Eric Dumazet touched the surrounding code dealing with how mini
sockets are handled.

With USB, it's a case of the same bug fix first going into net-next
and then I cherry picked it back into net.

78d84bc373 arm64: juno: Fix misleading name of UART reference clock
The UART reference clock speed is 7273.8 kHz, not 72738 kHz.

Dots aren't usually used in node names even though ePAPR permits
them. However, this can easily be avoided by expressing the
frequency in Hz, not kHz.

This patch changes the name to refclk7273800hz, reflecting the

7934d69abf arm64: Add L2 cache topology to ARM Ltd boards/models
Commit 5d425c1865 ("arm64: kernel: add support for cpu cache
information") adds cacheinfo support for ARM64. Since there's no
architectural way of detecting the cpus that share particular cache,
device tree can be used and the core cacheinfo already supports the
same.

This patch adds the L2 cache topology on Juno board, FVP/RTSM and

71a59b1272 ARM: SoC fixes
A week's worth of fixes for various ARM platforms. Diff wise, the
largest fix is for OMAP to deal with how GIC now registers interrupts
 (irq_domain_add_legacy() -> irq_domain_add_linear() changes).

Besides this, a few more renesas platforms needed the GIC instatiation
done for legacy boards. There's also a fix that disables coherency of
mvebu due to issues, and a few other smaller fixes.

e0b2180010 arm64: dts: add baud rate to Juno stdout-path
Without explicit command-line parameters, the Juno UART ends up running
at 57600 baud in the kernel, which is at odds with the 115200 baud used
by the rest of the firmware. Since commit 7914a7c565 now lets us
fix this by specifying default options in stdout-path, do so.

6c9e92476b ARM: SoC cleanups for 3.19
The remaining cleanups for 3.19 are to a large part result of
devicetree conversion nearing completion on two other platforms
 besides AT91:

 * Like AT91, Renesas shmobile is in the process to migrate to DT and
multiplatform, but using a different approach of doing it one
SoC at a time. For 3.19, the r8a7791 platform and associated\
"Koelsch" board are considered complete and we remove the non-DT
   non-multiplatform support for this.

 * The ARM Versatile Express has supported DT and multiplatform
for a long time, but we have still kept the legacy board files
around, because not all drivers were fully working before. We
have finally taken the last step to remove the board files.

Other changes in this branch are preparation for the later branches
or just unrelated to the more interesting changes:
 * The dts files for arm64 get moved into per-vendor directories for
   a clearer structure.
 * Some dead code removal (zynq, exynos, davinci, imx)
 * Using pr_*() macros more consistently instead of printk(KERN_*)
   in some platform code.

Robert Richter:

dts, kbuild: Implement support for dtb vendor subdirs

For arm64 we want to put dts files into vendor's subdirectories from
the beginning. This patch set implements this. As this is a generic
kbuild implementation, vendor subdirs will be also available for
arch/arm and other architectures. The subdirectory tree is also
reflected in the install path.

A new makefile variable dts-dirs is introduced to point to dts
subdirs. This variable is used by kbuild for building and installation
of dtb files.

A dts Makefile looks now as follows:

----
dtb-$(CONFIG_...) += some_file_1.dtb

This patches also introduces the dtbs_install make target for
arm64. Install rules are moved to Makefile.dtbinst using the same
style and calling convention like for modinst and fwinst.

e2b6b35ee7 arm64: vexpress: Add CLCD support to the ARMv8 model platform
This patch enables CLCD support for the VE platform emulated by the
ARMv8 software model (DT bindings are based on Pawel's vexpress
patches) together with defconfig entries for SERIO_AMBAKMI and
FB_ARMCLCD.

323a028d39 dts, kbuild: Implement support for dtb vendor subdirs
This patch adds support of vendor sub directories for dtb files.
Subdirectories can be specified in $(dts-dirs). Kbuild traverses over
all directories while building and installing dtb files. The directory
tree is also reflected in the install path.

d38726c485 dts, arm/arm64: Remove dtbs build rules in sub-makes
Add dtb files to build targets and let kbuild handle them. Thus,
special dtbs rules can be removed. This eases Makefiles and the
implementation of the support of vendor dtb subdirectories.

9fb5e53722 dts, kbuild: Factor out dtbs install rules to Makefile.dtbinst
Move dtbs install rules to Makefile.dtbinst. This change is needed to
implement support for dts vendor subdirs. The change makes Makefiles
easier and smaller as no longer the dtbs_install rule needs to be
defined. Another advantage is that install goals are not encoded in
targets anymore (%.dtb_dtbinst_).

862f464a54 dts, arm64: Add dtbs_install make target
This adds the dtbs_install make target to arm64. The target has been
introduced already to arch/arm with the following commit:

f4d4ffc03e kbuild: dtbs_install: new make target

Implementation for arm64 is the same as for arm.

With 'dtbs_install' all config enabled dtb files are installed to
either the INSTALL_DTBS_PATH directory or the default location:

 $INSTALL_PATH/dtbs/$KERNELRELEASE
