77f542b10c Bluetooth: btintel: Add LE States quirk support
Basically all Intel controllers support both Central/Peripheral

This patch enables the LE States quirk by default on all
Solar and Magnertor Intel controllers.

c585a92b2f Bluetooth: btintel: Set Per Platform Antenna Gain(PPAG)
Antenna gain is defined as the antenna’s ability to
increase the Tx power in a given direction. Intel
is certifying its products with fixed reference
antenna peak gain values (3/5dBi). The feature takes
into account the actual antenna gain, and increases
output power values, which results in a performance
improvement.

After firmware download is completed, driver reads from
ACPI table and configures PPAG as required. ACPI table
entry for PPAG is defined as below.

Name (PPAG, Package (0x02)
{
    0x00000001,
    Package (0x02)
    {
        0x00000012, /* Bluetooth Domain */

95655456e7 Bluetooth: btintel: Fix broken LED quirk for legacy ROM devices
This patch fixes the broken LED quirk for Intel legacy ROM devices.
To fix the LED issue that doesn't turn off immediately, the host sends
the SW RFKILL command while shutting down the interface and it puts the
devices in SW RFKILL state.

Once the device is in SW RFKILL state, it can only accept HCI_Reset to
exit from the SW RFKILL state. This patch checks the quirk for broken
LED and sends the HCI_Reset before sending the HCI_Intel_Read_Version
command.

c86c7285bb Bluetooth: btintel: Fix the legacy bootloader returns tlv based version
From the ThP, it supports both legacy and TLV based HCI_Intel_Read_Version
command after downloading the operational firmware, and it causes the
driver to choose the wrong setup routines and missing firmware/ddc file.

So, as a workaround, this patch checks the fw variant from the TLV based
version, and if the device is legacy bootloader device, the legacy
HCI_Intel_Read_Version command is used to get the legacy version
information and run the legacy bootloader setup with it.

ca5425e158 Bluetooth: btintel: Add combined setup and shutdown functions
There are multiple setup and shutdown functions for Intel device and the
setup function to be used is depends on the USB PID/VID, which makes
difficult to maintain the code and increases the code size.

This patch adds combined setup and shutdown functions to provide a
single entry point for all Intel devices and choose the setup functions
based on the information read with HCI_Intel_Read_Version command.

Starting from TyP device, the command and response parameters for
HCI_Intel_Read_Version command are changed even though OCF remains
same. However, the legacy devices still can handle the command without
error even if it has a extra parameter, so to simplify the flow,
the new command format is used to read the version information for
both legacy and new (tlv based) format.

Also, it also adds a routine to setup the hdev callbacks in btintel.

ac40679139 Revert "Bluetooth: btintel: Fix endianness issue for TLV version information"
This reverts commit a63f23c9d139377833a139b179793fea79ee198f.

get_unaligned_{le16|le32|le64}(p) is meant to replace code of the form
le16_to_cpu(get_unaligned((__le16 *)p)). There is no need to explicitly
do leXX_to_cpu() if get_unaligned_leXX() is used.

683cc86d81 Bluetooth: btintel: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member
The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

struct foo {
        int stuff;
        struct boo array[];
};

By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertenly introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.

Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:

"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]

This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

from such failures send Intel hard Reset to re-trigger FW download in

1. Intel Read version command error
2. Firmware download timeout
3. Failure in Intel Soft Reset for switching to operational FW
4. Boot timeout for switching to operaional FW
