It seems that bcm47xx can handle only 128 MiB of RAM directly. There
are few devices with 256 MiB, but Broadcom's SDK uses highmem to handle
anything above 128 MiB.

So far this is mostly just a proof of concept, database consists of a
single device. Creating a nice iterateable array wasn't an option
because devices have different amount of LEDs. And we don't want to
waste memory just because of support for a device with dozens on LEDs.

This adds support for vectored interrupt which is supported by the SoC
using a MIPS 74K CPU like the BCM4716 and BCM4706.

If neither BCM47XX_SSD nor BCM47XX_BCMA is selected, then no
CPU type is available leading to build problems. We fix
this problem by using MIPS32r1 as the default CPU type for
the BCM47XX platform.

The Kconfig items BCM47XX_BCMA and BCM47XX_SSB selected respectively
BCMA_DRIVER_GPIO and SSB_DRIVER_GPIO. These options depend on GPIOLIB
without explicitly selecting it so it results in a warning when GPIOLIB
is not set:
scripts/kconfig/conf --oldconfig Kconfig
warning: (BCM47XX_BCMA) selects BCMA_DRIVER_GPIO ... unmet direct
dependencies (BCMA_POSSIBLE && BCMA && GPIOLIB)
warning: (BCM47XX_SSB) selects SSB_DRIVER_GPIO ... unmet direct
dependencies (SSB_POSSIBLE && SSB && GPIOLIB)
which subsequently results in compile errors.

This patch add support for the bcma bus. Broadcom uses only Mips 74K
CPUs on the new SoC and on the old ons using ssb bus there are no Mips
74K CPUs.
