1f2190d6b7 arch/*/configs/*defconfig: Replace AUTOFS4_FS by AUTOFS_FS
Commit a2225d931f ("autofs: remove left-over autofs4 stubs")
promised the removal of the fs/autofs/Kconfig fragment for AUTOFS4_FS
within a couple of releases, but five years later this still has not
happened yet, and AUTOFS4_FS is still enabled in 63 defconfigs.

Get rid of it mechanically:

   git grep -l CONFIG_AUTOFS4_FS -- '*defconfig' |
       xargs sed -i 's/AUTOFS4_FS/AUTOFS_FS/'

Also just remove the AUTOFS4_FS config option stub. Anybody who hasn't
regenerated their config file in the last five years will need to just
get the new name right when they do.

ddd366bf01 ARM: defconfig: address renamed CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO is now implicitly selected if one picks one of the
explicit options that could be DEBUG_INFO_DWARF_TOOLCHAIN_DEFAULT,
DEBUG_INFO_DWARF4, DEBUG_INFO_DWARF5.

This was actually not what I had in mind when I suggested making
it a 'choice' statement, but it's too late to change again now,
and the Kconfig logic is more sensible in the new form.

Change any defconfig file that had CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO enabled
but did not pick DWARF4 or DWARF5 explicitly to now pick the toolchain
default.

2002f39687 ARM: refresh defconfig files
A lot of Kconfig options have changed over the years, and we tend
to not do a blind 'make defconfig' to refresh the files, to ensure
we catch options that should not have gone away.

I used some a bit of scripting to only rework the bits where an
option moved around in any of the defconfig files, without also
dropping any of the other lines, to make it clearer which options
we no longer have.

92db978f0d net: ethernet: ti: Remove TI_CPTS_MOD workaround
My recent commit b6d49cab44 ("net: Make PTP-specific drivers depend on
PTP_1588_CLOCK") exposes a missing dependency in defconfigs that select
TI_CPTS without selecting PTP_1588_CLOCK, leading to linker errors of the
form:

drivers/net/ethernet/ti/cpsw.o: in function `cpsw_ndo_stop':
cpsw.c:(.text+0x680): undefined reference to `cpts_unregister'
 ...

That's because TI_CPTS_MOD (which is the symbol gating the _compilation_ of
cpts.c) now depends on PTP_1588_CLOCK, and so is not enabled in these
configurations, but TI_CPTS (which is the symbol gating _calls_ to the cpts
functions) _is_ enabled. So we end up compiling calls to functions that
don't exist, resulting in the linker errors.

This patch fixes build errors and restores previous behavior by:
 - ensure PTP_1588_CLOCK=y in TI specific configs and CPTS will be built
 - remove TI_CPTS_MOD and, instead, add dependencies from CPTS in
   TI_CPSW/TI_KEYSTONE_NETCP/TI_CPSW_SWITCHDEV as below:

   config TI_CPSW_SWITCHDEV
   ...
    depends on TI_CPTS || !TI_CPTS

   which will ensure proper dependencies PTP_1588_CLOCK -> TI_CPTS ->
TI_CPSW/TI_KEYSTONE_NETCP/TI_CPSW_SWITCHDEV and build type selection.

Note. For NFS boot + CPTS all of above configs have to be built-in.

61a47c1ad3 sysctl: Remove the sysctl system call
This system call has been deprecated almost since it was introduced, and
in a survey of the linux distributions I can no longer find any of them
that enable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. The only indication that I can find
that anyone might care is that a few of the defconfigs in the kernel
enable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. However this appears in only 31 of 414
defconfigs in the kernel, so I suspect this symbols presence is simply
because it is harmless to include rather than because it is necessary.

As there appear to be no users of the sysctl system call, remove the
code. As this removes one of the few uses of the internal kernel mount
of proc I hope this allows for even more simplifications of the proc
filesystem.

94b00aee43 ARM: configs: keystone: Enable Generic on-chip SRAM driver
All the Keystone 2 SoCs have an on-chip RAM called the MultiCore
Shared Memory (MSM) RAM managed by the Multicore Shared Memory
Controller (MSMC) that provides faster access compared to normal
DDR.

This patch enables the Generic on-chip SRAM driver that manages
this memory in software.

2dc24b0d06 ARM: SoC updates for 3.16 (part 2)
This is a small follow-up to the larger ARM SoC updates merged
last week, almost entirely for the keystone platform.

The main change here is to use the new dma-ranges parsing code
that came in through Russell's ARM tree. This allows the keystone
platform to do cache-coherent DMA and to finally support all the
available physical memory when LPAE is enabled.

Aside from this, the keystone reset driver has been rewritten,
and there is a small bug fix to allow building the orion5x platform
 again.
