This change adds support for Avermedia M733A. The original version for
linux 2.6.31 was sent to me from Avermedia, original author is unknown.
I ported it to current kernels, expanded and fixed key code handling for
RM-K6 remote control, and added an additional pci id also supported.

I have 3 IVC-200 cards (with 4 video channels on each).
2 of the cards identify theirselves as 000[0-3]:a155 (ids already in
cardlist) and another one identifies itself as 080[0-3]:a155, which ids
were unknown so far.
Note - it's IVC-200, not IVC-200G.

After unregister_device all fileops are blocked, except for ioctls.
So it is not just the open that is blocked, others are as well.

Add support for design which has an em2863/tvp5150 and uses the standard
empia USB ID. In Sander's case, it was branded as an "Eminent model EM3705"

Adds new capture boards Hawell HW-404M7 and HW-808M7. Those cards have 4
or 8 SAA7130 chips and for the work it only needs initialize registers.
The value of those registers were dumped under Windows using flytest.
But board haven't EEPROM.
For the first chip:

Sony makes custome tuners for its GigaPocket line of ivtv based capture
cards. This adds an entry to the tuner-types list for such tuners.

The sh_mobile_ceu_camera driver implements an advanced algorithm, combining
scaling and cropping on the client and on the host. Due to its complexity the
algorithm deserves separate documentation.

in order to print the video device node name. Add and use a helper
function to retrieve the video_device node name.

Fix up trivial conflicts due to spelling fixes from the trivial tree in

Adds support to VC211A em2800 card. As this board doesn't have eeprom,
and uses a common set of i2c address, it has no way to add any
autodetection for it.
The patch were tested by me and by Raimundo on his board. Thanks to
those tests, several bugs related to em2800 support were corrected.
for producing the usbsnoop dump, used to get the gpio's and allowing me
to remotelly access his machine and to the needed tests.

It was really confusing to have media-specs, v4l2-spec and dvb-spec.
So this patch removes v4l2-spec and dvb-spec. The docs in dvb-spec and
the V4L1_API.html file were moved to media-specs/old-docs.
Removed all references to v4l2-spec and dvb-spec.

Adds the device IDs and driver linking to allow the Asus Europa DVB-T
card to operate with these drivers.
The device has a SAA7134 chipset with a TD1316 Hybrid Tuner.
All inputs work on the card including switching between DVB-T and
Analogue TV, there is also no IR with this card.

Seems that the reference design used for the KWorld 2800d switched from the
em2860 to em2862, so we need to add the new USB id (and the i2c hash remains
so all we need is the default em2862 id.

test status analog (PAL-B):
- Sometimes picture is noisy, but it becomes crystal clear after
switching between channels. (happens for example at 687.25 Mhz)
- On a lower frequency (511.25 Mhz) the picture is always sharp, but
lacks colour.
- No sound problems.
- radio untested.
Digital:
- DVB-T/H stream reception works.
- Would expect to see some more channels in the higher frequency region.
Overall is the impression that sensitivity still needs improvement
both in analog and digital modes.
