b6b76dd62c error-injection: Fix to prohibit jump optimization
Since the kprobe which was optimized by jump can not change
the execution path, the kprobe for error-injection must not
be optimized. To prohibit it, set a dummy post-handler as
officially stated in Documentation/kprobes.txt.

4b1a29a7f5 error-injection: Support fault injection framework
Support in-kernel fault-injection framework via debugfs.
This allows you to inject a conditional error to specified
function using debugfs interfaces.

Here is the result of test script described in
Documentation/fault-injection/fault-injection.txt

  ===========
  # ./test_fail_function.sh
