5917bfa4c0 ARM: mach-shmobile: use standard 2MiB coherent DMA memory size
The 158MiB memory area was used to support HD
resolution multimedia workloads using the same
legacy memory allocating solution as on SH.

There are no in-tree kernel dependencies on the
158MiB setting, and future development should
reserve and allocate memory using some other
method like for instance CMA.

487881c09b ARM: mach-shmobile: sh7372 Mackerel NOR Flash USB boot fix
Always use CS0 shadow area for NOR flash instead of regular CS0
memory area on Mackerel.

When booting from CS0 NOR Flash the regular CS0 memory area is
available, but when booting via USB the MASK ROM gets mapped to
0x0 which gets in the way for the NOR Flash. Always using CS0
shadow area works well for both NOR Flash boot and USB boot.

382414b93a ARM: mach-shmobile: sh7372 A4R support (v4)
This change adds support for the sh7372 A4R power domain.

The sh7372 A4R hardware power domain contains the
SH CPU Core and a set of I/O devices including
multimedia accelerators and I2C controllers.

One special case about A4R is the INTCS interrupt
controller that needs to be saved and restored to
keep working as expected. Also the LCDC hardware
blocks are in a different hardware power domain
but have their IRQs routed only through INTCS. So
as long as LCDCs are active we cannot power down
INTCS because that would risk losing interrupts.

d93f5cdea9 ARM: mach-shmobile: sh7372 A3SP support (v4)
This change adds support for the sh7372 A3SP power domain.

The sh7372 A3SP hardware power domain contains a
wide range of I/O devices. The list of I/O devices
include SCIF serial ports, DMA Engine hardware,
SD and MMC controller hardware, USB controllers
and I2C master controllers.

This patch adds the A3SP low level code which
powers the hardware power domain on and off. It
also ties in platform devices to the pm domain
support code.

It is worth noting that the serial console is
hooked up to SCIFA0 on most sh7372 boards, and
the SCIFA0 port is included in the A3SP hardware
power domain. For this reason we cannot output
debug messages from the low level power control
code in the case of A3SP.

QoS support is needed in drivers before we can
enable the A3SP power control on the fly.

5c3f96b209 ARM: mach-shmobile: sh7372 LCDC1 suspend fix
Associate the HDMI clock together with LCDC1 on sh7372.

Without this patch Suspend-to-RAM hangs on the boards
AP4EVB and Mackerel. The code hangs in the LCDC driver
where the software is waiting forever for the hardware to
power down. By explicitly associating the HDMI clock with
LCDC1 we can make sure the HDMI clock is enabled using
Runtime PM whenever the driver is accessing the hardware.

This HDMI and LCDC1 dependency is documented in the sh7372
data sheet. Older kernels did work as expected but the
recently merged (3.1-rc)

794d78f drivers: sh: late disabling of clocks V2

introduced code to turn off clocks lacking software reference
which happens to include the HDMI clock that is needed by
LCDC1 to operate as expected.

Now that v4l2 subdevices have got their own device objects, having

This patch removes those devices and the soc-camera bus, they used to

e2a53b7c5b ARM: mach-shmobile: Mackerel USB platform data update
This patch updates the board specific USB support
code for the sh7372 Mackerel board.

With this patch applied port CN22 is driven by the
recently added renesas_usbhs driver using the first
USB controller included in sh7372 aka USBHS0.

Hotplugging of USBHS0 unfortunately has to be
handled by software polling. The sh7372 SoC itself
obviously supports hotplug notification by IRQ but
on the Mackerel board this IRQ happens to be used
for the touch screen.

Also fix the pinmux configuration to avoid setting
up unused pins and fix minor spelling errors.

66ee3bef3c ARM: mach-shmobile: mackerel: add renesas_usbhs support for USB1
renesas_usbhs driver can use external interrupt mode
(which come from USB-PHY) or autonomy mode (it use own interrupt)
for detecting connection/disconnection when Function.
And it will be power OFF while it has been disconnecting
if external interrupt mode is selected.

mackerel board has 2 USB ports.

But we can not use external interrupt mode
on CN22 USB0 port which is only for USB Function.
IRQ7-PORT40 is already used by Touchscreen,
and USB-PHY needs IRQ7-PORT167.
It is impossible to use IRQ7 demux on mackerel.

We can use external interrupt mode USB-Function on "USB1".
USB1 can become Host by r8a66597, and become Function by renesas_usbhs.
But don't select both drivers in same time.
These 2 drivers are not supporting IRQ SHARD.
