e1318391fd ARM: integrator: fix section mismatch problem
This addresses a section mismatch problem in the IM-PD1
driver in the Integrator/AP.

The IM-PD1 contains a VIC interrupt controller and therefore
the driver calls vic_init_cascaded() which is marked __init as
irqchips are simply not hot-pluggable and specifically the VIC
is assumed to initiate only on boot.

However the module driver model of the Integrator LM bus
assumes that logic tile drivers can be probed at runtime. This
is not really the case for IM-PD1: these tiles are detected at
boot and they cannot be plugged into a running system. Before
this patch it is of course possible to modprobe them later.

By first forcing the IM-PD1 to bool we make sure this driver
gets compiled into the kernel, and we know it will be probed
only at boot time when the tiles are detected, so we can tag
its probe function __init_refok as we know it won't be called
after boot now, and the section mismatch problem goes away.

As a side effect, sysfs binding from userspace becomes
impossible, so we tag the driver to suppress the bind/unbind
sysfs attributes.

2bf73dd61a ARM: SoC: late cleanups
These could not be part of the first cleanup branch, because they either
came too late in the cycle, or they have dependencies on other branches.
 Important changes are:

 * The integrator platform is almost multiplatform capable after
   some reorganization (Linus Walleij)
 * Minor cleanups on Zynq (Michal Simek)
 * Lots of changes for Exynos and other Samsung platforms, including
further preparations for multiplatform support and the clocks bindings
   are rearranged.

cbda94e039 ARM: SoC: driver changes
These changes are mostly for ARM specific device drivers that either
don't have an upstream maintainer, or that had the maintainer ask
us to pick up the changes to avoid conflicts. A large chunk of this
are clock drivers (bcm281xx, exynos, versatile, shmobile), aside from
that, reset controllers for STi as well as a large rework of the
Marvell Orion/EBU watchdog driver are notable.

152c55553e ARM: integrator: only select pl01x if TTY is enabled
Building the integrator platform without TTY support currently
results in a build failure because we always turn on the
pl010 or pl011 drivers. Changing this to a conditional 'select'
statement enables us to build more random configurations, although
it should have little impact for practical configurations.

29525484cd ARM: integrator: select GPIO block
The Integrator/AP can be used with a logic module called
IM-PD1, which contains a few AMBA PrimeCell devices, one of which
is the PL061 GPIO controller. As the lines from this GPIO
controller are looped back to devices on the board itself and
provides resources back to it, we need to always have GPIO
and the PL061 driver available for other devices to work.

09c978bc7b ARM: integrator: switch to fetch clocks from device tree
This atomic commit changes the Integrator clock implementation
and the machines to register clocks from the device tree and
use these instead of the previous hard-coded clocks.

In the clock implementation all hard-coded clocks and the
special initialization function call goes away, and is
replaced by two compatible strings for the two clocks
available on the core module.

9b6d351a75 ARM: SoC DT updates for 3.14
DT and DT-conversion-related changes for various ARM platforms. Most
of these are to enable various devices on various boards, etc, and not
 necessarily worth enumerating.

New boards and systems continue to come in as new devicetree files that
don't require corresponding C changes any more, which is indicating that
the system is starting to work fairly well.

A few things worth pointing out:

 * ST Ericsson ux500 platforms have made the major push to move over to fully
   support the platform with DT.
 * Renesas platforms continue their conversion over from legacy platform devices
   to DT-based for hardware description.

0c02c8007e of/irq: Rename of_irq_map_* functions to of_irq_parse_*
The OF irq handling code has been overloading the term 'map' to refer to
both parsing the data in the device tree and mapping it to the internal
linux irq system. This is probably because the device tree does have the
concept of an 'interrupt-map' function for translating interrupt
references from one node to another, but 'map' is still confusing when
the primary purpose of some of the functions are to parse the DT data.

This patch renames all the of_irq_map_* functions to of_irq_parse_*
which makes it clear that there is a difference between the parsing
phase and the mapping phase. Kernel code can make use of just the
parsing or just the mapping support as needed by the subsystem.

The patch was generated mechanically with a handful of sed commands.

Now that the PL01X debug include can mostly stand alone without
requiring platforms to provide any macros, move it into the debug
directory so it can be directly included. This allows us to get rid of
a lot of debug-macros include files.

The autodetect case for Versatile Express and the ux500 are left alone;
these are more complicated implementations.

21884a83b2 Merge branch 'timers-core-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull timer core updates from Thomas Gleixner:
 "The timer changes contain:

   - posix timer code consolidation and fixes for odd corner cases

   - sched_clock implementation moved from ARM to core code to avoid
     duplication by other architectures

   - alarm timer updates

   - clocksource and clockevents unregistration facilities

   - clocksource/events support for new hardware

   - precise nanoseconds RTC readout (Xen feature)

   - generic support for Xen suspend/resume oddities

   - the usual lot of fixes and cleanups all over the place

The parts which touch other areas (ARM/XEN) have been coordinated with
the relevant maintainers. Though this results in an handful of
trivial to solve merge conflicts, which we preferred over nasty cross
  tree merge dependencies.

The patches which have been committed in the last few days are bug
fixes plus the posix timer lot. The latter was in akpms queue and
next for quite some time; they just got forgotten and Frederic
  collected them last minute."

1eb92b24e2 ARM: integrator: let pciv3 use mem/premem from device tree
Instead of relying on the hard-coded mem/premem bases for
the PCI side, read in these from the device tree in the
DT probe path. Hard-code the old values on the non-DT probe
path. Introduce some static locals to hold these addresses
instead of the earlier static #defines.

f55b2b56cd ARM: integrator: basic PCIv3 device tree support
This registers the memory ranges for I/O, non-prefetched and
prefetched memory and configuration space for the PCIv3 bridge
and let us fetch these basic memory resources from the device
tree in the device tree boot path. Remove the stepping stone
platform device. This is an either/or approach - the platform
data path is mutually exclusive to the plain platform data
path and provided addresses from the device tree have to be
correct.

This adds the interrupt-map property to the PCIv3 DTS file
and makes the bridge obtain mappings from the device tree.
