Vulkan would like to have a rough measure of how much device memory can
in theory be allocated. Also add unallocated_cpu_visible_size to track
the visible portion, in case the device is using small BAR. Also tweak
the locking so we nice consistent values for both the mm->avail and the
visible tracking.
v2: tweak the locking slightly so we update the mm->avail and visible
tracking as one atomic operation, such that userspace doesn't get
strange values when sampling the values.

Exercise each of the migration scenarios, verifying that the final
placement and buffer contents match our expectations.
v2(Thomas): Replace for_i915_gem_ww() block with simpler object_lock()
v3:
- For testing purposes allow forcing the io_size such that we can
exercise the allocation + migration path on devices that don't have the
small BAR limit.

Track the total amount of available visible memory, and also track
per-resource the amount of used visible memory. For now this is useful
for our debug output, and deciding if it is even worth calling into the
buddy allocator. In the future tracking the per-resource visible usage
will be useful for when deciding if we should attempt to evict certain
buffers.
v2:
- s/place->lpfn/lpfn/, that way we can avoid scanning the list if the
entire range is already mappable.
- Move the end declaration inside the if block(Thomas).
- Make sure to also account for reserved memory.

- Make drm_buddy_alloc a single function to handle
range allocation and non-range allocation demands
- Implemented a new function alloc_range() which allocates
the requested power-of-two block comply with range limitations
- Moved order computation and memory alignment logic from
i915 driver to drm buddy
v2:
merged below changes to keep the build unbroken
- drm_buddy_alloc_range() becomes obsolete and may be removed
- enable ttm range allocation (fpfn / lpfn) support in i915 driver
- apply enhanced drm_buddy_alloc() function to i915 driver
v3(Matthew Auld):
- Fix alignment issues and remove unnecessary list_empty check
- add more validation checks for input arguments
- make alloc_range() block allocations as bottom-up
- optimize order computation logic
- replace uint64_t with u64, which is preferred in the kernel
v4(Matthew Auld):
- keep drm_buddy_alloc_range() function implementation for generic
actual range allocations
- keep alloc_range() implementation for end bias allocations
v5(Matthew Auld):
- modify drm_buddy_alloc() passing argument place->lpfn to lpfn
as place->lpfn will currently always be zero for i915
v6(Matthew Auld):
- fixup potential uaf - If we are unlucky and can't allocate
enough memory when splitting blocks, where we temporarily
end up with the given block and its buddy on the respective
free list, then we need to ensure we delete both blocks,
and no just the buddy, before potentially freeing them
- fix warnings reported by kernel test robot <lkp@intel.com>
v7(Matthew Auld):
- revert fixup potential uaf
- keep __alloc_range() add node to the list logic same as
drm_buddy_alloc_blocks() by having a temporary list variable
- at drm_buddy_alloc_blocks() keep i915 range_overflows macro
and add a new check for end variable
v8:

v9(Matthew Auld):
- remove DRM_BUDDY_RANGE_ALLOCATION flag
- remove unnecessary function description
v10:
- keep DRM_BUDDY_RANGE_ALLOCATION flag as removing the flag
and replacing with (end < size) logic fails amdgpu driver load

For some specialised objects we might need something larger than the
regions min_page_size due to some hw restriction, and slightly more
hairy is needing something smaller with the guarantee that such objects
will never be inserted into any GTT, which is the case for the paging
structures.
This also fixes how we setup the BO page_alignment, if we later migrate
the object somewhere else. For example if the placements are {SMEM,
LMEM}, then we might get this wrong. Pushing the min_page_size behaviour
into the manager should fix this.
v2(Thomas): push the default page size behaviour into buddy_man, and let
the user override it with the page-alignment, which looks cleaner

ttm_resource_manager. This will plug into our ttm backend for managing
device local-memory in the next couple of patches.

trigger eviction
- Drop the unnecessary inline
- bo->page_alignment is in page units
