The EC has specific timing it requires. Add support for an optional delay
after raising CS to fix timing issues. This is configurable based on
a DT property "google,cros-ec-spi-msg-delay".
If this property isn't set, then no delay will be added. However, if set
it will cause a delay equal to the value passed to it to be inserted at
the end of a transaction.

- Removal of CONFIG_OF_DEVICE, it is always enabled by CONFIG_OF
- Remove #ifdef from linux/of_platform.h to increase compiler syntax
coverage
- Bug fix for address decoding on Bimini and js2x powerpc platforms.
- miscellaneous binding changes
One note on the above. The binding changes going in from all kinds of
different trees has gotten rather out of hand. I picked up some during
this cycle, but even going though my tree isn't a great fit. Ian
Campbell has prototyped splitting the bindings and .dtb files into a
separate repository. The plan is to migrate to using that sometime in
the next few kernel releases which should get rid of a lot of the churn

- Removal of CONFIG_OF_DEVICE, it is always enabled by CONFIG_OF
- Remove #ifdef from linux/of_platform.h to increase compiler syntax
coverage
- Bug fix for address decoding on Bimini and js2x powerpc platforms.
- miscellaneous binding changes
One note on the above. The binding changes going in from all kinds of
different trees has gotten rather out of hand. I picked up some
during this cycle, but even going though my tree isn't a great fit.

The ab8500 device is a child of the prcmu device, which is a memory mapped
bus device, whose children are addressable using physical memory addresses,
not using mailboxes, so a mailbox number in the ab8500 node cannot be
parsed by DT. Nothing uses this number, since it was only introduced
as part of the failed attempt to clean up prcmu mailbox handling, and
we can simply remove it.

We have several new drivers, most of the time coming with their sub devices
drivers:
- Austria Microsystem's AS3711
- Nano River's viperboard
- TI's TPS80031, AM335x TS/ADC,
- Realtek's MMC/memstick card reader
- Nokia's retu
We also got some notable cleanups and improvements:
- tps6586x got converted to IRQ domains.
- tps65910 and tps65090 moved to the regmap IRQ API.
- STMPE is now Device Tree aware.
- A general twl6040 and twl-core cleanup, with moves to the regmap I/O and IRQ
APIs and a conversion to the recently added PWM framework.
- sta2x11 gained regmap support.
Then the rest is mostly tiny cleanups and fixes, among which we have Mark's
wm5xxx and wm8xxx patchset.

Far amount of annoying but largely trivial conflicts. Many due to
__devinit/exit removal, others due to one or two of the new drivers also
having come in through another tree.

Previously a generic binding 'i2c-client-wake' was created which
enabled I2C devices to register themselves as wake-up devices.
This binding was later over-thrown by 'wakeup-source'. The STMPE
driver was fixed-up, but the document was neglected. This patch
aims to rectify that.

Fix up mostly trivial conflicts, with the exception of
drivers/usb/host/ehci-omap.c in particular, which had some
re-organization of the reset sequence (commit 1a49e2ac96: "EHCI:
centralize controller initialization") that clashed with commit
2761a63945 ("mfd: USB: Fix the omap-usb EHCI ULPI PHY reset fix
issues").
In particular, commit 2761a63945 moved the usb_add_hcd() to the
*middle* of the reset sequence, which clashes fairly badly with the
reset sequence re-organization (although it could have been done inside
the new omap_ehci_init() function).
I left that part of commit 2761a63945 just undone.
