cf28e17c91 xfs: kill xfs_sb_version_has_v3inode()
All callers to xfs_dinode_good_version() and XFS_DINODE_SIZE() in
both the kernel and userspace have a xfs_mount structure available
which means they can use mount features checks instead looking
directly are the superblock.

Convert these functions to take a mount and use a xfs_has_v3inodes()
check and move it out of the libxfs/xfs_format.h file as it really
doesn't have anything to do with the definition of the on-disk
format.

9b3beb028f xfs: remove the di_dmevmask and di_dmstate fields from struct xfs_icdinode
The legacy DMAPI fields were never set by upstream Linux XFS, and have no
way to be read using the kernel APIs. So instead of bloating the in-core
inode for them just copy them from the on-disk inode into the log when
logging the inode. The only caveat is that we need to make sure to zero
the fields for newly read or deleted inodes, which is solved using a new
flag in the inode.

e2705b0304 xfs: remove xfs_inobp_check()
This debug code is called on every xfs_iflush() call, which then
checks every inode in the buffer for non-zero unlinked list field.
Hence it checks every inode in the cluster buffer every time a
single inode on that cluster it flushed. This is resulting in:

-   38.91%     5.33%  [kernel]  [k] xfs_iflush
   - 17.70% xfs_iflush
      - 9.93% xfs_inobp_check
           4.36% xfs_buf_offset

10% of the CPU time spent flushing inodes is repeatedly checking
unlinked fields in the buffer. We don't need to do this.

The other place we call xfs_inobp_check() is
xfs_iunlink_update_dinode(), and this is after we've done this
assert for the agino we are about to write into that inode:

	ASSERT(xfs_verify_agino_or_null(mp, agno, next_agino));

which means we've already checked that the agino we are about to
write is not 0 on debug kernels. The inode buffer verifiers do
everything else we need, so let's just remove this debug code.

daf83964a3 xfs: move the per-fork nextents fields into struct xfs_ifork

0b61f8a407 xfs: convert to SPDX license tags
Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,
merely refers to the common, up-to-date license files in LICENSES/

This change was mostly scripted. fs/xfs/Makefile and
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_fs.h were modified by hand, the rest were detected
and modified by the following command:

for f in `git grep -l "GNU General" fs/xfs/` ; do
	echo $f
	cat $f | awk -f hdr.awk > $f.new
	mv -f $f.new $f
done

And the hdr.awk script that did the modification (including
detecting the difference between GPL-2.0 and GPL-2.0+ licenses)
is as follows:

$ cat hdr.awk
BEGIN {
	hdr = 1.0
	tag = "GPL-2.0"
	str = ""
}

/^ \* This program is free software/ {
	hdr = 2.0;

8cdcc8102c libxfs: v3 inodes are only valid on crc-enabled filesystems
xfs_repair was not detecting that version 3 inodes are invalid for
for non-CRC filesystems. The result is specific inode corruptions go
undetected and hence aren't repaired if only the version number is
out of range.

The core of the problem is that the XFS_DINODE_GOOD_VERSION() macro
doesn't know that valid inode versions are dependent on a superblock
version number. Fix this in libxfs, and propagate the new function
out into the rest of xfsprogs to fix the issue.

f7ca352272 xfs: create a separate cow extent size hint for the allocator
Create a per-inode extent size allocator hint for copy-on-write. This
hint is separate from the existing extent size hint so that CoW can
take advantage of the fragmentation-reducing properties of extent size

The extent size hint that's fed to the allocator during a copy on
write operation is the greater of the cowextsize and regular extsize
hint.

During reflink, if we're sharing the entire source file to the entire
destination file and the destination file doesn't already have a
cowextsize hint, propagate the source file's cowextsize hint to the
destination file.

Furthermore, zero the bulkstat buffer prior to setting the fields
so that we don't copy kernel memory contents into userspace.

54d7b5c1d0 xfs: use vfs inode nlink field everywhere
The VFS tracks the inode nlink just like the xfs_icdinode. We can
remove the variable from the icdinode and use the VFS inode variable
everywhere, reducing the size of the xfs_icdinode by a further 4
bytes.

faeb4e4715 xfs: move v1 inode conversion to xfs_inode_from_disk
So we don't have to carry an di_onlink variable around anymore, move
the inode conversion from v1 inode format to v2 inode format into
xfs_inode_from_disk(). This means we can remove the di_onlink fields
from the struct xfs_icdinode.

93f958f9c4 xfs: cull unnecessary icdinode fields
Now that the struct xfs_icdinode is not directly related to the
on-disk format, we can cull things in it we really don't need to
store:

	- magic number never changes
	- padding is not necessary
	- next_unlinked is never used
	- inode number is redundant
	- uuid is redundant
	- lsn is accessed directly from dinode
	- inode CRC is only accessed directly from dinode

Hence we can remove these from the struct xfs_icdinode and redirect
the code that uses them to the xfs_dinode appripriately. This
reduces the size of the struct icdinode from 152 bytes to 88 bytes,
and removes a fair chunk of unnecessary code, too.

3987848c7c xfs: remove timestamps from incore inode
The struct xfs_inode has two copies of the current timestamps in it,
one in the vfs inode and one in the struct xfs_icdinode. Now that we
no longer log the struct xfs_icdinode directly, we don't need to
keep the timestamps in this structure. instead we can copy them
straight out of the VFS inode when formatting the inode log item or
the on-disk inode.

This reduces the struct xfs_inode in size by 24 bytes.

f8d55aa052 xfs: introduce inode log format object
We currently carry around and log an entire inode core in the
struct xfs_inode. A lot of the information in the inode core is
duplicated in the VFS inode, but we cannot remove this duplication
of infomration because the inode core is logged directly in
xfs_inode_item_format().

Add a new function xfs_inode_item_format_core() that copies the
inode core data into a struct xfs_icdinode that is pulled directly
from the log vector buffer. This means we no longer directly
copy the inode core, but copy the structures one member at a time.
This will be slightly less efficient than copying, but will allow us
to remove duplicate and unnecessary items from the struct xfs_inode.

To enable us to do this, call the new structure a xfs_log_dinode,
so that we know it's different to the physical xfs_dinode and the
in-core xfs_icdinode.
