2a956ec04b ASoC: fsl: Add S/PDIF machine driver
This patch implements a device-tree-only machine driver for Freescale
i.MX series Soc. It works with spdif_transmitter/spdif_receiver and
fsl_spdif.c drivers.

cd7f0295aa ASoC: fsl-ssi: ac97-slave support
This patch adds ac97-slave support.

For ac97, the registers have to be setup earlier than for other ssi
modes because there is some communication with the external device
before streaming. So this patch introduces a fsl_ssi_setup function to
setup the registers for different ssi operation modes seperately.

This patch was tested with imx27-pca100.

3a5e517bb2 ASoC: fsl-ssi: Use generic DMA bindings if possible
There may be some platforms using fsl-ssi that do not have a DMA driver
with generic DMA bindings. So this patch adds support for the generic
DMA bindings, while still accepting the old "fsl,dma-events" property if
"dmas" is not found.

de623ece5b ASoC: fsl-ssi: Add support for imx-pcm-fiq
Add support for non-dma pcm for imx platforms with imx-pcm-fiq support.
Instead of imx-pcm-audio, in this case imx-pcm-fiq-audio device is added
and the SIER flags are set differently.

We need imx-pcm-fiq for some boards that use an incompatible codec.
imx-pcm-fiq handles those codecs differently and allows to operate with
them. DMA is not possible because some data sent by the codecs, e.g.
wm9712, is not in the datastream. Also some data is mixed up in the
fifos, so that we need to sort them out manually.

2352d4bf43 ASoC: adau1701: allow configuration of PLL mode pins
The ADAU1701 has 2 hardware pins to configure the PLL mode in accordance
to the MCLK-to-LRCLK ratio. These pins have to be stable before the chip
is released from reset, and a full reset cycle, including a new firmware
download is needed whenever they change.

This patch adds GPIO properties to the DT bindings of the Codec, and
implements makes the set_sysclk memorize the configured sysclk.

Because the run-time parameters are unknown at probe time, the first
firmware download is postponed to the first hw_params call, when the
driver can determine the mclk/lrclk divider. Subsequent downloads
are only issued when the divider configuration changes.

20fb277250 mfd: wm8994: Add some OF properties
Add properties for some of the more important bits of platform data and
fill out the binding document.

Not all of the current platform data is suitable for the sort of fixed
configuration that is done using DT, some of it should have runtime
mechanisms added instead and some is unlikely to ever be used in practical
systems.

95d3607569 ASoC: tegra: add Tegra114 support to the AHUB driver
Tegra114's AHUB shares a design with Tegra30, with the followin changes:
* Supports more (10 vs. 4) bi-directional FIFO channels into RAM.
* Requires a separate block of registers to support the above.
* Supports more attached clients, i.e. new audio multiplexing and
  de-multiplexing modules.
* Is affected by more clocks due to the above.

This change fully defines the device tree binding changes required to
represent these changes, and minimally extends the driver to support
the new hardware, without exposing any of the new FIFO channels.

4fa89346fb ALSA: ASoC: add codec driver for TI TAS5086
This patch adds a driver for TI's TA5086 6-channel PWM processor.

This chip has a very unusual register layout, specifically because the
registers are of unequal size, and multi-byte registers require bulk
writes to take effect. Regmap does not support these kind of mappings.

Currently, the driver does not touch any of the registers >= 0x20, so
it doesn't matter, because the register map is mapped to an 8-bit array.
In case more features will be added in the future that require access
to higher registers, the entire regmap H/W I/O routines have to be
open-coded.
