fa62e10d26 clk: versatile/icst: support for AP baseboard clocks
This adds support for the two ICST525-based clocks on the
Integrator/AP baseboard, as documented in the board manual
"Integrator/AP ASIC Development Motherboard", ARM DUI0098 B,
pages 3-15 thru 3-18.

5e23c59305 clk: versatile/icst: add Integrator core module clocks
The Integrator/AP and Integrator/CP have special derivatives
of the ICST525 control registers, where some bits have been
hardwired but others are possible to adjust, resulting in a
control register that makes it possible to set an even,
desired megahertz value.

The Integrator/AP and Integrator/CP have slightly different
layout so we support them using different compatible
strings.

After adding these clocks, the Integrator-specific cpufreq
driver can be switched over to use the generic operating
point device tree cpufreq driver.

Instead of simply writing a value to the oscillator control
register we switch to the more elaborate method of providing
a bitmask and use regmap_update_bits() to poke the right bits
for the desired frequency, this is needed since these control
registers sometimes control more than one clock.

ec7957a6aa clk: versatile: sp810: support reentrance
Despite care take to allocate clocks state containers the
SP810 driver actually just supports creating one instance:
all clocks registered for every instance will end up with the
exact same name and __clk_init() will fail.

Rename the timclken<0> .. timclken<n> to sp810_<instance>_<n>
so every clock on every instance gets a unique name.

This is necessary for the RealView PBA8 which has two SP810
blocks: the second block will not register its clocks unless
every clock on every instance is unique and results in boot
logs like this:

The Versatile syscon ICST driver OR:s the bits into place but
forgets to mask the previous value, making the code only work

6b5a12dbca ARM: SoC multiplatform code changes for v4.5
This branch is the culmination of 5 years of effort to bring the ARMv6
and ARMv7 platforms together such that they can all be enabled and
boot the same kernel. It has been a tremendous amount of cleanup and
refactoring by a huge number of people, and creation of several new
(and major) subsystems to better abstract out all the platform details
 in an appropriate manner.

The bulk of this branch is a large patchset from Arnd that brings several
of the more minor and older platforms we have closer to multiplatform
support. Among these are MMP, S3C64xx, Orion5x, mv78xx0 and realview
Much of this is moving around header files from old mach directories,
but there are also some cleanup patches of debug_ll (lowlevel debug
 per-platform options) and other parts.

Linus Walleij also has some patchs to clean up the older ARM Realview
platforms by finally introducing DT support, and Rob Herring has some
for ARM Versatile which is now DT-only. Both of these platforms are
 now multiplatform.

Finally, a couple of patches from Russell for Dove PMU, and a fix from
Valentin Rothberg for Exynos ADC, which were rebased on top of the
 series to avoid conflicts.

16956fed35 ARM: versatile: switch to DT only booting and remove legacy code
With DT support for clocks, irqchips, timers, and PCI now in place, DT
based booting has feature parity with non-DT legacy boot. The final
piece is actually enabling common clock support on Versatile. Enabling
full DT support requires either removing the old Versatile clock code,
updating the legacy boot to use the common clock code, or making DT and
legacy boot mutually exclusive. Given that removing legacy boot code is
the goal anyway, I am going with the 1st option.

Merge tag 'clk-for-linus-3.16' of git://git.linaro.org/people/mike.turquette/linux into next

Pull clock framework updates from Mike Turquette:
"The clock framework changes for 3.16 are pretty typical: mostly clock
driver additions and fixes. There are additions to the clock core
code for some of the basic types (e.g. the common divider type has
some fixes and featured added to it).

One minor annoyance is a last-minute dependency that wasn't handled
quite right. Commit ba0fae3b06 ("clk: berlin: add core clock driver
for BG2/BG2CD") in this pull request depends on
include/dt-bindings/clock/berlin2.h, which is already in your tree via
the arm-soc pull request. Building for the berlin platform will break
when the clk tree is built on it's own, but merged into your master
  branch everything should be fine"

3b9334ac83 mfd: vexpress: Convert custom func API to regmap
Components of the Versatile Express platform (configuration
microcontrollers on motherboard and daughterboards in particular)
talk to each other over a custom configuration bus. They
provide miscellaneous functions (from clock generator control
to energy sensors) which are represented as platform devices
(and Device Tree nodes). The transactions on the bus can
be generated by different "bridges" in the system, some
of which are universal for the whole platform (for the price
of high transfer latencies), others restricted to a subsystem
(but much faster).

Until now drivers for such functions were using custom "func"
API, which is being replaced in this patch by regmap calls.
This required:

* a rework (and move to drivers/bus directory, as suggested
by Samuel and Arnd) of the config bus core, which is much
simpler now and uses device model infrastructure (class)
to keep track of the bridges; non-DT case (soon to be
retired anyway) is simply covered by a special device
  registration function

* the new config-bus driver also takes over device population,
so there is no need for special matching table for
  of_platform_populate nor "simple-bus" hack in the arm64
model dtsi file (relevant bindings documentation has
been updated); this allows all the vexpress devices
fit into normal device model, making it possible
to remove plenty of early inits and other hacks in
  the near future

* adaptation of the syscfg bridge implementation in the
sysreg driver, again making it much simpler; there is
a special case of the "energy" function spanning two
registers, where they should be both defined in the tree
now, but backward compatibility is maintained in the code

* modification of the relevant drivers:

  * hwmon - just a straight-forward API change
  * power/reset driver - API change
  * regulator - API change plus error handling
    simplification
  * osc clock driver - this one required larger rework
in order to turn in into a standard platform driver

Following arm64 commit bc3ee18a7a (arm64: init: Move of_clk_init to

before initcalls are issued. Initialising the vexpress oscillators
requires the vespress sysregs to be already initialised, so this patch
adds an explicit call to vexpress_sysreg_of_early_init() in vexpress

da660b4a3b arm: Move sp810.h to include/linux/amba/
Since it is now used by code under drivers/clk/ it makes sense for this
file to be in a more generic location. This is required for building
vexpress support on arm64.

70ee657714 clk: move IM-PD1 clocks to drivers/clk
The ARM IM-PD1 add-on module has a few clock of its own, let's
move also these down to the drivers/clk/versatile driver dir
and get rid of any remaining oldschool Integrator clocks.
