As mach/hardware.h is deleted, we can't visit platform code at driver.
It has no phy driver to combine with this controller, so it has to use
ioremap to map phy address as a workaround.

usb: gadget: Update fsl_udc_core to use usb_endpoint_descriptor inside the

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

Extend the FSL UDC driver to support MPC5121E DR USB Controller
operation in device mode. Add MPC5121E specific init/uninit
at probe and remove and isolate system interface register accesses
when running on MPC5121E SoC, as these registers are not available
on this platform. This patch relies on previous patch for supporting
big endian registers and descriptors access in the FSL UDC driver.
Additionally support endpoint FIFO status operation by providing
appropriate callback in endpoint ops structure.
Also flush cache for the req buffer used for GetStatus reply.
Without this, the correct reply to an endpoint GetStatus
is written to 'req', but doesn't make it out to the USB bus
since the buffer hasn't been flushed. This would cause the
USBCV Halt Endpoint test to fail (according to changelog in
Freescale LTIB driver code).

On some SoCs, the USB controller registers and descriptors can be big
or little endian, depending on the version of the chip. In order to be
able to run the same kernel binary on different versions of an SoC, the
BE/LE decision must be made at run time. Provide appropriate register
and descriptor accessors which are configurable at run time using the
configuration flags from fsl_usb2_platform_data data structure.
This is in preparation for adding support for MPC5121E DR USB2 Controller
to the FSL UDC driver.

This patch adds support for i.MX3x (only tested with i.MX31 so far) ARM
SoCs to the fsl_usb2_udc driver. It also moves PHY configuration before
controller reset, because otherwise an ULPI PHY doesn't get a reset and
doesn't function after a reboot. The problem with longer control transfers
is still not fixed. The patch renames the fsl_usb2_udc.c file to
fsl_udc_core.c to preserve the same module name for user-space
backwards compatibility.

We want to use WARN() as a variant of WARN_ON(), however a few drivers are
using WARN() internally. This patch renames these to WARNING() to avoid the
namespace clash. A few cases were defining but not using the thing, for those
cases I just deleted the definition.

Freescale high-speed USB SOC can be found on some Freescale processors
among different architectures. It supports both host and device functions.
This driver adds its device support for Linux USB Gadget layer.
It is tested on MPC8349 and MPC8313, but should work on other platforms
with minor tweaks. The driver passed USBCV 1.3 compliance tests. Note
that this driver doesn't yet include OTG support.
