70b46487b1 mfd: tmio: Move header to platform_data
All the MFD components are gone from the header meanwhile. Only the MMC
relevant data is left which makes it a platform_data for the MMC
controller. Move the header to the now fitting directory.

Merge tag 'sh-for-v6.7-tag1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/glaubitz/sh-linux

Pull sh updates from John Paul Adrian Glaubitz:
"While the previously announced patch series for converting arch/sh to
device trees is not yet ready for inclusion to mainline and therefore
didn't make it for this pull request, there are still a small number
changes for v6.7 which include one platform (board plus CPU and driver
  code) removal plus two fixes.

The removal sent in by Arnd Bergmann concerns the microdev board which
was an early SuperH prototype board that was never used in production.
With the board removed, we were able to drop the now unused code for
the SH4-202 CPU and well as the driver code for the superhyway bus and
a custom implementation for ioport_map() and ioport_unmap() which will
allow us to simplify ioport handling in the future.

Another patch set by Geert Uytterhoeven revives SuperH BIOS
earlyprintk support which got accidentally disabled in
e76fe57447 ("sh: Remove old early serial console code V2"), the
second patch in the series updates the documentation.

Finally, a patch by Masami Hiramatsu fixes a regression reported by
the kernel test robot which uncovered that arch/sh is not implementing
arch_cmpxchg_local() and therefore needs use __generic_cmpxchg_local()
  instead"

3ca64d0669 sh: Remove stale microdev board
This board was an early prototype platform for early SH4 CPUs and related
to the already removed SH5 cayman platform.

The microdev board itself has been kept in the tree for this long despite
being in a bad shape even 20 years ago when it got merged, with no working
PCI support and ugly workarounds for its I/O port implementation that
try to emulate PC style peripheral access despite being quite different
in reality.

As far as I can tell, the ethernet, display, USB and PCI devices on it
already broke at some point (afbb9d8d52, 46bc858720), so I think
we can just removeit entirely.

ab8aa4f095 sh: mach-r2d: Handle virq offset in cascaded IRL demux
When booting rts7751r2dplus_defconfig on QEMU, the system hangs due to
an interrupt storm on IRQ 20. IRQ 20 aka event 0x280 is a cascaded IRL
interrupt, which maps to IRQ_VOYAGER, the interrupt used by the Silicon
Motion SM501 multimedia companion chip. As rts7751r2d_irq_demux() does
not take into account the new virq offset, the interrupt is no longer
translated, leading to an unhandled interrupt.

Fix this by taking into account the virq offset when translating
cascaded IRL interrupts.

706afcea16 sh: Fix -Wmissing-include-dirs warnings for various platforms
The 0day bot reports a lot of warnings (or errors due to CONFIG_WERROR)
like this:

cc1: error: arch/sh/include/mach-hp6xx: No such file or directory [-Werror=missing-include-dirs]

Indeed, arch/sh/include/mach-hp6xx does not exist.

While -Wmissing-include-dirs is only a W=1 warning, it may be
annoying when CONFIG_BTRFS_FS is enabled because fs/btrfs/Makefile
unconditionally adds this warning option.

arch/sh/Makefile defines machdir-y for two purposes:

 - Build platform code in arch/sh/boards/mach-*/
 - Add arch/sh/include/mach-*/ to the header search path

For the latter, some platforms use arch/sh/include/mach-common/
instead of having its own arch/sh/include/mach-*/.

Drop unneeded machdir-y to omit non-existing include directories.

To build arch/sh/boards/mach-*/, use the standard obj-y syntax in
arch/sh/boards/Makefile.

ee5a66d87c gpiolib: remove empty asm/gpio.h files
The arm and sh versions of this file are identical to the generic

The drivers that actually use the sh3 specific version also include
cpu/gpio.h directly, with the exception of magicpanelr2, which is
easily fixed. This leaves coldfire as the only gpio driver
that needs something custom for gpiolib.

0a0f0d8be7 dma-mapping: split <linux/dma-mapping.h>
Split out all the bits that are purely for dma_map_ops implementations
and related code into a new <linux/dma-map-ops.h> header so that they
don't get pulled into all the drivers. That also means the architecture
specific <asm/dma-mapping.h> is not pulled in by <linux/dma-mapping.h>

x86 or arm versions in a few not overly portable drivers.

0c64a0dce5 sh: landisk: Add missing initialization of sh_io_port_base
The Landisk setup code maps the CF IDE area using ioremap_prot(), and
passes the resulting virtual addresses to the pata_platform driver,
disguising them as I/O port addresses. Hence the pata_platform driver
translates them again using ioport_map().
As CONFIG_GENERIC_IOMAP=n, and CONFIG_HAS_IOPORT_MAP=y, the
SuperH-specific mapping code in arch/sh/kernel/ioport.c translates
I/O port addresses to virtual addresses by adding sh_io_port_base, which
defaults to -1, thus breaking the assumption of an identity mapping.

Fix this by setting sh_io_port_base to zero.

bbd7ffdbef clk: Allow the common clk framework to be selectable
Enable build testing and configuration control of the common clk
framework so that more code coverage and testing can be done on the
common clk framework across various architectures. This also nicely
removes the requirement that architectures must select the framework
when they don't use it in architecture code.

There's one snag with doing this, and that's making sure that randconfig
builds don't select this option when some architecture or platform
implements 'struct clk' outside of the common clk framework. Introduce a
new config option 'HAVE_LEGACY_CLK' to indicate those platforms that
haven't migrated to the common clk framework and therefore shouldn't be
allowed to select this new config option. Also add a note that we hope
one day to remove this config entirely.
