1. Define more regs. Some switches (e.g. BCM4908) have up to 6 regs.
2. Add helper for handling non-lineral port <-> reg mappings.
3. Add support for 12 B LED reg blocks on BCM4908 (different layout)
Complete support for LEDs setup will be implemented once Linux receives
a proper design & implementation for "hardware" LEDs.

Simple macro like REG_RGMII_CNTRL_P() is insufficient as:
1. It doesn't validate port argument
2. It doesn't support chipsets with non-lineral RGMII regs layout
Missing port validation could result in getting register offset from out
of array. Random memory -> random offset -> random reads/writes. It
affected e.g. BCM4908 for REG_RGMII_CNTRL_P(7).

On some SoCs (e.g. BCM4908, BCM631[345]8) SF2 has an integrated
crossbar. It allows connecting its selected external ports to internal
ports. It's used by vendors to handle custom Ethernet setups.
BCM4908 has following 3x2 crossbar. On Asus GT-AC5300 rgmii is used for
connecting external BCM53134S switch. GPHY4 is usually used for WAN
port. More fancy devices use SerDes for 2.5 Gbps Ethernet.

When we are in Wake-on-LAN, we operate with the host sofware not running
a network stack, so we want to the switch to flood packets in order to
cause a system wake-up when matching specific filters (unicast or

Packet which are targeting a broadcast MAC address which the switch
already floods.

In preparation for introducing IPv6 rules support, make the
cfp_udf_layout more flexible and match more accurately how the HW is
designed: we have 3 + 1 slices per protocol, but we may not be using all
of them and we are relative to a particular base offset (slice A for
IPv4 for instance). Also populate the slice number that should be used
(slice 1 for IPv4) based on the lookup function.
Finally, we introduce two helper functions: udf_upper_bits() and
udf_lower_bits() to help setting the UDF_n_* valid bits based on the
number of UDFs valid within a slice. Update the IPv4 rule setting to
make use of it to be more robust wrt. change in number of User Defined
Fields being programmed.

Turn on the out of band Advanced Congestion Buffering (ACB) mechanism at
the switch level now that we have properly established the queue mapping
between the switch egress queues and the SYSTEMPORT egress queues. This
allows the switch to correctly backpressure the host system when one of
its queue drops below the configured thresholds.
This is also helping achieve so called "lossless" behavior by adapting
the TX interrupt pacing to the actual speed and capacity of the switch
port.

Implement the bridge join, leave and set_stp callbacks by making that
we do the following:
- when a port joins the bridge, all existing ports in the bridge get
their VLAN control register updated with that joining port
- the joining port is including all existing bridge ports in its own
VLAN control register
The leave operation is fairly similar, special care must be taken to
make sure that port leaving the bridging is not removing itself from its
own VLAN control register.
Since the various BR_* states apply directly to our HW semantics, we
just need to translate these constants into their corresponding HW
settings, and voila!
We make sure to trigger a fast-ageing process for ports that are
joining/leaving the bridge and transition from incompatible states, this
is equivalent to triggering an ARL flush for that port.
