da0085ff9b ARM: OMAP2: twl-common: Fix compiler warning
If the kernel is built only for OMAP2 the following warning will show up:

arch/arm/mach-omap2/twl-common.c:52: warning: ‘twl_set_voltage’ defined but not used
arch/arm/mach-omap2/twl-common.c:58: warning: ‘twl_get_voltage’ defined but not used

The twl_set/get_voltage callbacks only used when OMAP3/4 is selected.

a844a197f1 ARM: OMAP2+: TWL: remove usage of pdata->irq_base/_end
The TWL driver has been converted to use SPARSE_IRQ and no longer
needs to be passed IRQ base/end. Since driver no longer uses these
fields, so remove them from the reamaining users.

fde0190d69 OMAP4: twl-common: Add twl6030 V1V8, V2V1 SMPS common configuration
V1V8 supply from twl6030 commonly used as VIO for the machine.
V2V1 is adviced to supply the twl6040, and also to feed the twl6030's
VCXIO_IN, and VDAC_IN inputs.
Create the common regulator configurations for these regulators:
Make the V2V1 as supply_regulator for VCXIO, VDAC.
Add twl6040 (1-004b) as consumer for V1V8, and V2V1.

8eaeb93933 mfd: Convert twl6040 to i2c driver, and separate it from twl core
Complete the separation of the twl6040 from the twl core since
it is a separate chip, not part of the twl6030 PMIC.

Make the needed Kconfig changes for the depending drivers at the
same time to avoid breaking the kernel build (vibra, ASoC components).

e160dda0f4 arm: omap4: add common twl configurations for vdd1, vdd2 and vdd3
VDD1 is used for MPU voltage, VDD2 is for IVA and VDD3 is for CORE.
These are needed by DVFS. This patch also adds external controller
support for these regulators, the default I2C control channel can't
be used to modify the voltages for these regulators on TWL6030.

49c008ecce arm: omap3: twl: add external controllers for core voltage regulators
VDD1 and VDD2 now use voltage processor for controlling the regulators.
This is done by passing additional voltdm data during the regulator init.

23e22a5ed4 arm: omap3: add common twl configurations for vdd1 and vdd2
VDD1 and VDD2 are the core voltage regulators on OMAP3. VDD1 is used
to control MPU/IVA voltage, and VDD2 is used for CORE. These regulators
are needed by DVFS.

Voltage ranges for VDD1 and VDD2 are taken from twl4030/twl5030 data manuals:

4e6a0ab0f9 OMAP4: TWL: Add common omapdss supplies
OMAP DSS normally gets power from VCXIO on OMAP4. Add configuration for
this into twl-common.c

Mark VCXIO as always_on, as VCXIO is used by multiple components,
including the MPU, and turning it off when DSS doesn't need it would
lead the device to halt.

7c68dd96d5 OMAP: DSS2: Change DSI device naming
Currently, there are 2 differently named platform devices generated for
the 2 DSS DSI modules. In order to use the same driver, the dsi devices
should be 2 instances of the same platform device.

Change the platform device names from "omapdss_dsi1" and "omapdss_dsi2"
to omapdss_dsi", and set the device indices to 0 and 1.

d12d1fcafa OMAP: Fix linking error in twl-common.c for OMAP2/3/4 only builds
Commit b22f954 (OMAP4: Move common twl6030 configuration to twl-common)
caused compile failures for code for OMAP arch which is not selected by
the config.

Fixes issues like:
With CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP3=y and CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP4=n, I'm getting this:

arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o:(.data+0xf99c): undefined reference to `omap4430_phy_init'
arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o:(.data+0xf9a0): undefined reference to `omap4430_phy_exit'
arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o:(.data+0xf9a4): undefined reference to `omap4430_phy_power'
arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o:(.data+0xf9a8): undefined reference to `omap4430_phy_set_clk'
arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o:(.data+0xf9ac): undefined reference to `omap4430_phy_suspend'

Fix the problem by moving the code to ifdef sections for omap3 and omap4.
